Did a pick up order. Grabbed my bag. No drink cup w order so got myself. Realize they didn’t give me my extra sauce as requested. Had to ask. Got home and open bag and no chips given on order. This is frustrating especially when I tipped them.

Employees at this location should be fired until they complete a high school education every single item of my order is wrong and can’t even eat it. It’s sopping wet with sauce. The bread is so soggy. It’s completely a mess. Steak sandwiches were ice cold ordered a wrap sent me something in flatbread Not a wrap beyond disgusted. Never again will I use this location. In the last hoewever many years I’ve lived near this location it has been the worst. Trashy and rude employees.

I got their new garlic cheese steak & my bf got a turkey sub. Everything was fresh & delicious. The young women working Sunday afternoon were friendly & quickly had our subs made.

We spent almost $30.00 dollars on two 6 foot ultimate bmt sandwiches, a chocolate chip cookie and two pepperoni and cheese dippers.....the subs were soggy and had toppings we did NOT want on them and the meat must have been from a wrong sandwich it had turkey and overall they were just gross. The dippers were all tortilla or whatever they roll them in they were hard and also just gross with no dipping sauces in the bag. The cookie was delicious since everything went in the trash after a bite out of each of the subs and the dippers, I guess the cookie just wasn't worth the price of the order. We tried to call the store but the line stayed busy. We will never go to this subway ever again it was just flat out nasty! What a waste of money!
