For starters: the orange hair lady is full of attitude! And this isn’t the first interaction with her! She hardly acknowledged my boyfriend and I. Barley talked to us, I was stuck between two sandwiches and she gave me an attitude when I was still deciding between the two. She made our sandwiches sloppy. It’s a sandwich, not a taco. One bite is meat and the other is veggies. Also my bread is the width of a ROKU REMOTE!! What happened to the bread size. This subway is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend going.

Accidentally placed to this location, app says call the restaurant, but nobody picks up. I’ve called several times trying to instantly cancel my order to save my time, your time and get my money back so I can order from the right location but nobody answers and the phone just rings and rings and rings. What a huge waste of time and money. I will never order from this location again just to save myself the possibly of trying to deal with and losing money for something a phone call would have fixed. Unbelievable

Never met such a rude person in my life. The pink haired women. Will never go back. Women started yelling and cussing out my 16 year old daughter thinking she was someone else. Very inappropriate for a worker to act like that.

Though Google says they're open until 9:30pm, the open sign was lit up, AND the door was unlocked, apparently they were closed when I walked in at 9:10pm after a long day. Thanks.

Hours say open until 9pm, but they turn people away 15 minutes before close. If you stop serving at 8:45, then turn off your Open sign and change your hours online.

Me and my boyfriend love going to this location! They are always fast and friendly. Christina especially is always such a pleasure to see! Extremely friendly, makes sure our sandwiches are made right, and always recommends any deals! Great service from her always!

I went into this location and ordered my blt deluxe, when i was told cheese was extra on tha sandwhich because it doesnt come with. The manger told me because it was privately owned. I have come to this location for years never had to pay for cheese. Left went to another location my cheese was included. Bold out lie at this location

I hate leaving bad reviews but the fact that I’ve been waiting for a refund since Monday is insane. Obviously I’m gonna ask for a refund when your employee is touching his hair and ears WITH GLOVES ON while making our sandwich. Wiping his sweat with a napkin and immediately walking over and touching stuff without gloves on or washing hands. Not to mention the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Admittedly I should have told my bf before he paid about the disgusting behavior I saw, but I didn’t want to be rude. I let my boyfriend know as soon as we walked out the door and he didn’t want the sandwich understandably so we walked right back in. The sandwich hadn’t even been opened yet. I have never called corporate on any company in my life but stealing from your customers is inexcusable.

The man making my order yesterday was touching his hair and ear buds with gloves on and touching the food. My mistake not paying attention but my lady saw these actions while making my order. As soon as it was brought to my attention. I wanted a refund. They did not give me a refund. Guy seemed to have a bad attitude and didn’t even want to be there. Took my phone number so the store manager would call me to handle refund the next day. Well Still nothing ? Tried calling..nothing. Go figure. Clearly don’t care about cross contamination.If you don’t like your job and don’t care for public health safety, just go home.

This is probably one of the worst subways around here. Customer service is below terrible, employees don’t greet you, just stare at you. This one guy wiped his sweat off with a paper towel right in front of me and then proceeded to make my sandwich without washing hands. Moves slow, no sense of urgency.I gave this place another chance but I will rather drive 10 more minutes to another location than get my food from here! Whoever the owner is of this place needs to take a bit more ownership of this location!

The only person that works here is always over whelmed and i feel for him. But it also does seem he was not trained properly. He never closes the subs. So the sauce and toppings always ends up all over the wrapping and notInside the sub, hardly. They’re never toasted all the way. I know he gets tons of online orders and mixes them up. Ive been given the wrong order a couple of times and chips are never added to the bag. They need to hire more employees no doubt about it.

? STOP SERVING RAW BACON!!Fool me once; shame on me. Fool me twice-and refuse to replace my sandwich-shame on you. It will take longer, but I will drive to State Road for my sandwiches from now on. The new containers are not flat and it does not crisp bacon. Serving bacon like it just came from the butcher is a lawsuit ready to happen. Presenting poor customer service from management- respect and loyalty LOST.
