This is probably one of the worst subways around here. Customer service is below terrible, employees don’t greet you, just stare at you. This one guy wiped his sweat off with a paper towel right in front of me and then proceeded to make my sandwich without washing hands. Moves slow, no sense of urgency.I gave this place another chance but I will rather drive 10 more minutes to another location than get my food from here! Whoever the owner is of this place needs to take a bit more ownership of this location!

The only person that works here is always over whelmed and i feel for him. But it also does seem he was not trained properly. He never closes the subs. So the sauce and toppings always ends up all over the wrapping and notInside the sub, hardly. They’re never toasted all the way. I know he gets tons of online orders and mixes them up. Ive been given the wrong order a couple of times and chips are never added to the bag. They need to hire more employees no doubt about it.

? STOP SERVING RAW BACON!!Fool me once; shame on me. Fool me twice-and refuse to replace my sandwich-shame on you. It will take longer, but I will drive to State Road for my sandwiches from now on. The new containers are not flat and it does not crisp bacon. Serving bacon like it just came from the butcher is a lawsuit ready to happen. Presenting poor customer service from management- respect and loyalty LOST.

Location has a new manager. All the staff working are very nice and the food is beautiful. Everyone is friendly and ready to serve you as you come in the doorVegetarian options: The veggie delight sub is a great vegetarian option. They also do salads and wraps that are egg free to get the strictest vegan a full belly.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals that are very healthy and yummy!Parking: Lots of parking outside.Dietary restrictions: The cold cut trio is turkey based. No pork products. If you need to keep pork from touching your food, ask for a clean knife and the staff will do so without asking questions.

Food was okay, it could have been made better. By the time I got home and took my sandwich out of the bag all the toppings fell out and into the bag because they did not sticker the paper like they were supposed too. The service was not the worst. And the atmosphere of the room was uncomfortable, crowded, and rushed.

Never again. I pulled up about about 6pm and while the lights were on and “Open” sign was on, the young lady inside was cleaning. Floor mats pulled up, chairs stacked on tables, broom in her hand. Nowadays places like subway close early or unexpectedly because of staffing issues or whatever and I get that. I wasn’t sure if they’re were about to close because it was almost 6 and she was cleaning so I poked my head in and asked “hi. Are you guys still open?” If she said “no” or “we’re about to close” I would have been okay with that. No need for her to stop her closing routine for me. Instead She looks at me, rolls her eyes, sighs, and goes “Unfortunately” and then starts sweeping again…. Normally I’m not that guy but girl, if you don’t wanna work, just go home. I work with the public so I get it. I really do. But I’ve also been at work all day and I’m headed to my evening job so my fuse is short. I don’t really wanna hear the attitude. Clock out and go home if it’s that bad

This place is as bipolar as I am. So I am going to break it into categories. Service (the line staff - not the owners): I don't have anything bad to say about any employees that have served me. Any to the poor girl crying a few Saturday's ago because she was alone and so far behind, we you baby girl! 5/5Food: Girl, it's Subway. If you are thinking you are getting farm to table you are a few feathers short of a boa. 3/5Owners/Respect of Customers: Now is where my wig comes off and my nails are out. Throughout the last year or two - they have not hired people but blamed it on the "labor shortage" - biatch, please. And now they have a sign that says no coupons due to economic conditions. We have all seen your prices go up and your quantities go down. Your customers, who you want to wait longer in line and fork out more money so you can pad your pocket, SHOULD NOT BE PADDING YOUR PROFIT! So my rating for human decency, employer ethics, and care for customers. 0/5I don't know what you look like, but you are UGLY on the inside.

I've gone here for quite awhile now and the employee turn around is horrendous! The one employee that has stayed seems extremely overwhelmed and works alone during closing hours from what I've witnessed. I wonder why the owner would allow this severely UNSAFE practice.? The only thought that comes to mind is he/she does not care at all about the employees that make it possible for their business to be successful. I'll personally drive 8 more minutes to go to another subway location.
