I purchased two sandwiches from this place when I got home One of the sandwiches was completely wrong. They wanted me to bring the sandwich back that night, which is 10 miles from my home. I told them I was not driving and wasting my gas again and was told they could do nothing. I spoke with an acting manager and was told someone would call me the next day. Never heard anything and stopped in the store on my way home from work the next day with my receipt and was told once again there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t bring the sandwich back. I didn’t ask for my money back. I just wanted the sandwich replaced and they refused. There is a haunted house around the corner from the store and I have been in there twice and they have let the people that work in the haunted house come in and take soda out of the coolers for free, And the girl working there told me they let people who work there come and get soda for free, but they wouldn’t replace a $6.99 sandwich for me. Terrible customer service will never go there again.

My mom was visiting the dentist next door and I decided to get a sandwich here with my daughter ! It’s been years since I had subway due to bad experiences! But these sandwiches were super yummy and reminded me why I loved Subway ! Thanks Joanne for making great sandwiches and getting us to love subway again !!

Usally I don't mind when my sauce gets my sandwich a bit soggy, but my bread wasn't soggy at all it was litterly dough. It was raw dough. It was still really raw, gooey, and not cooked at all.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the employee was making an online order. Never even acknowledged that I was standing there, no interaction whatsoever until I finally said okay I guess I'm not even here, and walked out. Unbelievably rude and very unprofessional. The employee was wearing a face mask, looked like he had a beard and was wearing eyeglasses.
Something terribly wrong happens to us every time we go here but to no fault of the establishment. I will not remove a star from my review as I, at this time, cannot prove that it is cursed. But be warned! The sandwiches are great, however. Every time we visit the same guy is there and he's always super chill and friendly, even if I'm a bit of a jerk and come in for a sandwich at 8PM because I'm a weirdo. I get the same "veggie delite" every time and it's awesome. Thanks!

Employees dropped paper towels on the ground then proceeded to use them to wipe knives to cut sandwiches. Did not throw them away. When asked to change their gloves before handling my vegetarian order they questioned why that needed to happen. And then contaminated my subs when they dragged them through mustard that was left on their prep table. If I could leave zero stars I would. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Ordered a few subs, one for dinner and another to save for lunch the next day. Noticed the amount of frost on the pans of veggies and some actually frozen to the insides of the pans. Thought my subs would be okay as I made the Sandwhich Artist pull from the middle...I was wrong! Spinach & lettuce were moosh, cucumbers had no bite and were partially transparent...didn't bother with tomato that time. The lunch sub ended up complete trash as the soggy, thawing veggies ruined the bread too. Check your Temps & equipment Subway...pretty sure ya'll got daily checklists to prevent these issues!!

I ordered 3 sub today, didn't open it all until I try to eat my last one tonight. First 2 all good, when I open the last one there's something like black and unfresh things out my bread. Looks not fresh at all and there's like only 2 or 3 pieces chickens of my footlong Maxicali. This is worst I got for years my subway order, will never ordering again!
My Wife went in and placed an order last night. She got it home and it was wrong(I think she told them wrong). I went back and they were very helpful and made everything perfect. I highly recommend this place,

Ordered from this location tonight. I got a spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese (got Italian bread) and my husband got a BMT on multi grain (also Italian bread). Half of the veggies were missing and there was so much mayo and mustard that I could have created a potatoe salad. Less than ideal. The bread was so stale I could have hammered a nail into the wall with it. This is not the first time or the second time, but the third time I have been disappointed with this subway. I tell you what....there will not be a fourth. I don't like to complain and I give places a couple chances, but after three visits...I'd have to be insane to return for more punishment. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. This establishment blows. ( And not in the good way lol)
