Something terribly wrong happens to us every time we go here but to no fault of the establishment. I will not remove a star from my review as I, at this time, cannot prove that it is cursed. But be warned! The sandwiches are great, however. Every time we visit the same guy is there and he's always super chill and friendly, even if I'm a bit of a jerk and come in for a sandwich at 8PM because I'm a weirdo. I get the same "veggie delite" every time and it's awesome. Thanks!

Employees dropped paper towels on the ground then proceeded to use them to wipe knives to cut sandwiches. Did not throw them away. When asked to change their gloves before handling my vegetarian order they questioned why that needed to happen. And then contaminated my subs when they dragged them through mustard that was left on their prep table. If I could leave zero stars I would. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Ordered a few subs, one for dinner and another to save for lunch the next day. Noticed the amount of frost on the pans of veggies and some actually frozen to the insides of the pans. Thought my subs would be okay as I made the Sandwhich Artist pull from the middle...I was wrong! Spinach & lettuce were moosh, cucumbers had no bite and were partially transparent...didn't bother with tomato that time. The lunch sub ended up complete trash as the soggy, thawing veggies ruined the bread too. Check your Temps & equipment Subway...pretty sure ya'll got daily checklists to prevent these issues!!

This store is clean and neat, and the servers were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly how I ordered it. I highly recommend this store.

Ordered from this location tonight. I got a spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese (got Italian bread) and my husband got a BMT on multi grain (also Italian bread). Half of the veggies were missing and there was so much mayo and mustard that I could have created a potatoe salad. Less than ideal. The bread was so stale I could have hammered a nail into the wall with it. This is not the first time or the second time, but the third time I have been disappointed with this subway. I tell you what....there will not be a fourth. I don't like to complain and I give places a couple chances, but after three visits...I'd have to be insane to return for more punishment. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. This establishment blows. ( And not in the good way lol)

I ordered a pickup in store order and when I returned home I discovered that my dozen cookies I bought to go along with my Subs was short by three cookies. This might not seem like a big deal but at $7.00 a dozen, you do the math. Well I tried to phone the store which was not bust at all and of course they will not answer their phone. So I tried to file an online complaint but they need a store ID number that is supposed to be on the receipt, guess what? no store ID number on my receipt anywhere. This store is a joke and the employees could care less about the customers, they are much more worried about their smoke breaks, and yes I can say that because I am a local and every time I go to this location there is one person inside working while the others are outside smoking.

Came from the back wearing gloves, wore same gloves making my food, did not sanitize hands or change gloves, and touched everything behind the counter without changing gloves, kept making my food while wearing those same gloves. Wearing the same gloves doing everything is the same as not washing your hands or wearing gloves at all because you are spreading the same germs you would be if you weren't wearing gloves. If I get sick from this sandwich I am calling the district office and complaining for the inconsideration of those workers because they would be the ones putting germs on my food. Unsanitary and wouldn't recommend at all. No consideration for their customers health.

There was a old lady in the subway and I tried talking to the manager and this girl worker was so rude to the customer the customer said she didn't want tomatoes and the girl kept putting them on so she said it again and the worker said I heard you the first time and kept giving her dirty looks I wanted to say something but I didn't now I'm putting it on here for people to know how they treat their customers

Always something wrong with the order, ALWAYS!! We pay so much to get this delivered and they just can't get it right, tonight the wrong soda for everyone. If you are out of something call, I can't drink diet soda and am so disappointed. I'm finally leaving a review because it's usually so much worse.
