Absolutely terrible experience I ordered curbside on the app and went to pick up my sub and no one came for a good 20 minutes or so but I let that go and went home to eat my sandwich I ordered extra sauce and it was totally dry so i thought i would just kindly explain my situation to a manager to make sure it wouldn’t happen again well everytime i called their was no manager available it is totally unacceptable I then left my information with a nice worker and told him to have the manager call me i hung up and waited for a call back nothing so the next day I called again and got the same gentleman he said he gave his manager the message and said he would text her and let her know I called again i said ok so I waited all weekend no call so I once again call this time Monday afternoon once again the same gentleman no manager available but he said again he would reach out to her but again nothing this is the worst customer service experience I ever had AVOID this subway at all costs there are other good subways close enough that are better than this place I wish I could rate them 0 stars!!!!

It's subway! Food is exactly what you would get at any subway. Atmosphere a breath of fresh air compared to new Franklin subway. There was no blaring F BOMB music and our sub chefs were very pleasant.

Got a Cold Cuts Combo through online order and when I got home after picking it up, I found out it was just bologna. I called to see what was up with that and I got told the CCC is only bologna. So either the staff lies or aren't trained, neither looks good.
Fast, friendly, clean, wore masks properly & put on fresh gloves before starting order for each customer.

Yvonne and Sandi were phenomenal. This is the best customer service I have had in a while! The restaurant was super clean and overall the atmosphere was very friendly. I will make this the permanent stop for Subway!

Love subway . But this subway has zero drinks in fridge, slim on chips , always out of it seems like everything? No meatballs ? No chicken teriyaki? No wraps?No cookies !!!!! 1 poor old lady making sandwiches it takes her 14 mins to make 1 sandwich with line out the door . People just leaving after 25 min wait! Can’t believe this location is still open .do your self a favor and Drive 3 mins away to a subway In green.
