I am disappointed in the way Subway has treated this restaurant. The workers are very rude and are inconsiderate. The food that they gave us is basically inedible. We had to throw away our food because of how poorly the quality of the food was and the workers did not pay attention at all to the details of our sandwiches. AND NO REFUNDS!!! Don’t get me wrong. I love the Subway food franchise, but this restaurant was a true disgrace to the name. I wish the owner would take responsibility in this location and fix it up. We talked to other customers and they agreed.
The ladies that served use and some of the other customers while we were sitting eating our food had a major attitude with use. I had order a turkey sandwich and had asked for sprinkle Parmesan cheese and she did not know where it was and had to ask for help. The bread was stail because the bread case was left wide open. The experience here was not that good like other subways I've been to.
Dirty, gross, rude employees. The veggies had freezer burn. Never going there again
I had a very poor experience with a server about 2 months ago and was hesitant to go back, but I thought I give it a second chance. Unfortunately I got the same server again and she was just as rude as before. Her attitude was very disrespectful and she prepared the food very sloppily by just pulling the bread apart roughly to where it was almost falling apart, then tossing the ingredients randomly. It was the most messy Subway sandwich I have ever had. I asked the other server what her name is and she told me her name is “Lori”. I don’t know if it’s true but I certainly will not be returning if I see “Lori” working in the restaurant next time if there is a next time.
The sandwich was made anyhow. I told her to put letters, tomatoes, pickles, and she put it the other way around, and folded it so that as soon as I opened it, everything fell apart. I visit different 'Subways' very often, but this is the first time I've seen something like this.
Both women working were incredibly rude. First lady ignored us for 5 minutes (we were late to the place we need to be because of this) she was staring down at papers on the counter talking to the other employee. She was snappish, mislabeled our orders, and sent them to the next lady. Who told us they were out of multiple vegetables, so our orders were incomplete. When we asked her for anything, she stared at us. Literally. Then she made her movements purposely slow to spite us, ignoring anything we told her. Never left there faster. Miss the guy who’s usually there, who is a sweetheart.
Don’t go to this subway.
The white bread was falling apart before it was eaten. Crumbling to pieces. In addition, the only veggie on the other sub was extra lettuce. There was not even enough lettuce to cover the sandwich. This was bad food.
Ordered online between 6:35-6:40pm. Arrived at the store at 7:10pm. The order was supposed to be completed by 7:05 and received confirmation my order was ready. It was not. The person behind the counter stated “ I haven’t started them yet”. There was no other customers, no other vehicles in the parking lot either. Walked out and waited. No one else showed up at any point. Finally at 7:20pm they were done. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. I’d understand more if they were busy but that was definitely not the case. The salad on all the subs was browning and not crisp/ripe. Had to remove all of that on all 5 subs. This worker simply didn’t start it nor used fresh vegetables. Very disappointing as we order at that particular location very often. I dislike leaving negative reviews and I did look for a way to contact via email. I would have rather sent this by email.
I never ever write bad reviews but come on & I have the time. I Walked in for lunch at 12:45. There was no one in the store. I walked in smiling, I was not greeted & waited about 2 minutes at least before the lady said “what can I get for you” softly. This is how the exact convo went. “What can I get for you?”
“A pep and cheese roll up please” silence. “Anything else?” Silence. She proceeds to make it. “What sauce”? Very softly, I had to say I’m sorry what? Gave me my stuff in a bag. Told me my total I paid and said thank you and nothing. That was it. Word for word. There were 2 women working and both need to be trained to welcome and greet customers & atleast be pleasant and smile. At the bare minimum.

If you looking for a job DO NOT WORK HERE! The owner doesn't know how to properly run a business! He's constantly loosing great workers! Im a former manager at this location and what i can say is that working with him(the owner) made everyones life a living HELL!!!

Myself and two of my coworkers came here today and the service was terrible. They lady working today took a cash payment (in between making a sandwich) and processed to go back to making my coworkers sandwich. She got an attitude when asked to change her gloves, which she did but FAILED to wash them before putting on the new pair.

Employees are not trained properly and incapable of making subs properly. I ordered a monster and spicy chicken. I received a monster with only a little peperoni and very little chicken and a chickensandwichthat was inedible. The veggies were frozen and wilted and no one thought to refresh them. The way they cared for the food storage visible to the public makes me wonder about what is unseen. I will definitely not be returning.
