Went in to get a salad for lunch and they remembered my usually order even though it’s been a bit since I was last in. Definitely gives an added touch when they remember those little details. Definitely will be going back as it’s close and convenient.

Don't waste your time on using the app for this location. They apparently don't have anyone that can read. So unless you are standing there specifically telling them what you want, don't plan on your order being correct. Tried it once had a wrong item. Ok I get it. Tried it again and whole ordered messes up and forgot one sandwich all together. Will NOT be going to this location anymore. For the outrageous amount spent you would think someone would have checked the items.

I visited this location tonight around 8pm. I have placed an online order, I was instantly greeted. I stated that I place an online order and I was picking it up. I was promptly handed my order and even asked for a few side items that I needed and was directed toward the items and given some. I was told have a good night on the way out and I made my night even better. I will return to this location and it will tell others about the great service and food!

It took 20 minutes to get served and the food was dry n cold n we got foot long pretzels n they were burnt and no salt worst meal I ever

Went in at 6:30pm on 2-02-24 to try the new pretzels. It took the 3 of them 10 minutes to make 3 subs then other online orders were being made before they even acknowledged me (which never even happened). Stood in line for almost 20 minutes before I just left. Never had such bad service at a subway before. I usually don’t complain and can sympathize with workers because I’ve been there but this was just crazy.

I was all excited to watch them freshly slice my meats, especially when I walked in and saw the meat slicer and signage about how they now freshly slice the meats. ALL LIES. They pulled the meat from a tray like they always do.

Because Subway no longer has a “BLT” on the menu even though you have all the ingredients, I had to pay $20.99 for a footlong BLT, double meat, double cheese for my son. That is the most ridiculous price for a sandwich I have ever heard. The girl ringing it up basically said there was no other way to ring it up, laughed and said your poor wallet. Will never, ever patronize Subway again. Absolutely no value for an already sub-par sub place.

Placed an order over an hour ago. Called to check on it they said it was ready. After it wasnt here after a while and no update on "delivery status" I called yet again. She was very rude and said "I told you it was ready last time". I said "I placed it for delivery" she said oh... We aren't in charge of that sorry.... I said um.... So can you reimburse me? She said she doesn't know. She said she voided it and HOPES the money will be back in my bank account in a couple of days..... I said.. Awesome. So the $20 I had for dinner tonight is now gone. No food. And no manager to speak with for a better outcome. Thanks for a Terrible new years jerks.
