Don't eat the meatball sub, they don't follow the guidelines in regards to following the directions provided by corporate guidelines. They will reprint a label so that if inspected they will pass the inspection. Their temp logs are primarily done correctly but form my experience in kitchen service their thermometers are not kept as clean or calibrated as they should be. The soup is also questionable, the temps are taken but they are started in a steam table in the breakfast time and will sit until they close. If ordering soup make sure you look at the soup when they remove the cover to see how fresh it appears!!It is not this given franchises fault that the cost of the sandwiches are not consumer friendly. When ordering sandwiches you will need to fill up on the veggies!! ( Not including Guacamole) Veggie subs / wraps are your best buy. Watch how your sandwich is made so that you will get the sandwich you want. Feel free to ask for extra veggies and dressing. They will also give you sades of salad dressing if requested. (This was my experience 3+ months ago) When ordering a sandwich to go make sure you ask for the number of napkins needed. (1 per 6" - 2 per 12") Messy eaters please feel free to help yourself to the napkins at the door. Note you can still ask for oil, vinegar, and mustard packets. (They are no longer out with the drink station)If you have $10 for a cold cut lunch I hope you enjoy.

Then I asked for a chicken wrap and a 5yr old could've done a better job so instead of re-wrapping it he balded it up in his hand and gave me that trash.
