I ordered an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and they had not even started it when I arrived and took forever to even start it and I ended up being late for work. The workers were incredibly rude and dismissive.

2 young ladies working at 7 p.m. were friendly but took 10 minutes for 2 6 inch subs. I was the only customer there. The girl made my sandwich to my liking as why I had her keep my change from the bill. Sandwich was ?. She did my ingredients as I asked.I took the slow process as being the ohio way?!? Being I'm from Chicago where everything tends to be quicker.

The Mad Dasher Flex

This isn't my first not-so-great experience at this store but it is by far the last straw. First, I was surprised there was more than one employee working...but it still felt like it! I walk in to one lady being cashed out by one employee, another lady in the starting process of getting her subs by another employee and there was a third employee in a booth with a tablet possibly doing training or manager doing managerial stuff. ANYWAY...after the 1st lady left, that employee came down to start my sub, so far so good. Well, the lady in front of me was getting her subs toasted, so the other employee put her subs in the toaster and walked away, went to back AND NEVER CAME BACK. I could see that she was cutting tomatoes, and I get it, they need to be done but....the girl helping me continues making my sub, finishes it (poorly mind you, the meat was in the crease, she could barely fit the veggies on it and totally drowned it in mayo) and sets it by the register. Then walks back and pulls the subs out of the toaster for the other lady, who then wants ALL the veggies on both subs. So she then proceeds to do so. Never calls the other employee from the back. A few minutes pass, I sit down. She is still putting veggies on the sub, the employee in the booth is still just sitting there, the employee in the back is still cutting tomatoes. After almost 5min. I leave.I then drove to the subway off of the circle where I was done and out in 2min. And the sub was made better. I recommend you take the extra couple minutes and go to the one on the circle if you want subway

They lock the door 30 minutes before they close so they actually close at 730 and not 8. Sitting here writing this as the employees locked me out

Went after PF to grab a sub. I tried ordering the sandwich 1 hour before close but had issues with the app. After trying till 9:22 I just drove to the store a block over. Got out of the car and saw the only employee in the empty store rush over and lock the door as soon as he saw me get out of my car. After he turned the opened light and walked slowly back to the bathroom I assumed he would come back and unlock door. He walked slowly back out of the bathroom saw me at the door and went straight to the back of the store and name came back out. I waited till their actual closing time and the employee never came back out. Would’ve been nice to have the two quick sandwiches I wanted to order on my day of Tmrw.

I drove to 3 different subways before coming to this one because it was the only one that didn’t have the doors locked. There was one girl working who was clearly distressed and when a lady asked “did somebody call off” I guess that was the straw that broke the camels back. She immediately began to go off about everything. She said that 2 people had quit, 2 called off today so she was covering and nothing was prepped. So not only was she the only one there but when she ran out of something she would have to step off for probably 15 minutes at a time to prep something. I work in fast food as well and have been there so I feel for her. Overworked and underpaid.
