Great Service and making sandwiches with precision

This place is horrible. They are so rude and unprofessional. They were taunting my daughters because they had a bad day and didn’t want to answer a question they had answered a lot that day, but oh well!!! They followed them outside making racist comments. They got into my pregnant daughter’s face like she was going to fight her.

Got home to open my sub and there’s only meat and sauce, NO VEGETABLES!…it was a mobile/online order. Called and she said I needed to bring the sub and a receipt to show proof or there’s nothing she can do about it. ITS A MOBILE ORDER! Why do I have to bring the receipt in if you pulled my order up over the phone and saw it was supposed to have vegetables! Never ordering from again!

After finding a hair in my sub the DISTRICT manager replied saying they could basically do nothing about it and swept it under the rug terrible service.

My husband just left here. The employee & manager were very rude! They had an attitude as soon as he walked in the door. He decided to order a 2nd meal of the day and she proceeded to ask him why didn't he do that in the 1st place 🤔.I tried to call to speak with someone & they were also very rude. She claimed to be the district manager while continuing to over talk me then hung up on me smh, we will never go to this location again!!! Heather was very unprofessional! The customer service was horrible! I blame mgmt. because it's clear where starts at.

Ordered a simple turkey and veggie sandwich. The bread was a wrong selection, no oil dressing, and sandwich tasted like plain bread with a bit of turkey and veggies.
Not impressed.

Terrible customer Service!Asked one question and because they busy every body got an attitude!Mary I understand this your first Job keep working on your Ethics!!! The other lady didn’t get a name but who in they right mind would come back after all that cause I asked you a Question? Yall need to tighten up or find a job suitable for you!

The older gentleman at the counter making the food was extremely rude to me, and was even slamming the door to hear up the bacon. I went to my car and cried after. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
(I was also the only customer in here, over an hour before close)
The younger gentleman also working, was thankfully polite and helped me to the best of his ability. I also heard the older gentleman not being very kind to him either, I feel bad for him.

I’ve been twice in 8 days. Both times greeted promptly and waited on. Both times PERFECT sandwich produced. Both times the people working the counter were engaging and funny! So I’m confused by these poor reviews from other people… maybe it’s THEM 😜😇!!!

Used the subway app and it sent my order to this store instead of the one I was next to. The app is horrible, this is actually the second week in a row it did this. No other food app keeps sending my order to the wrong store. It said this store was .3 miles away when it was more like 20. I just saw the distance and thought I was ordering at the closest one.

Anyway, I tried to cancel my order. The app wouldn't let me, the website it directed me to told me to call the store.

So I did, and got a rude response when I told them of the mistake and asked them to cancel the order. The lady said they couldn't and that I had to do it from the app. I told her the app told me to contact the store. I know they can void the transaction because the previous time this happened they did it. She told me to call back in later after she asked about it. So 15 minutes later I called back and was told the owner also said it couldn't be canceled. I know that's lies because this same thing happened last week to a different Subway and they could fix it. I asked them to void my transaction, told them if they don't I'd have to dispute it, and then her tone got snobby and hung up on me. My mistake for leaving a tip.

I think I'm done with Subway. I just can't justify the quality, service, and price any more, even if I still get a craving sometimes.

I went inside to order and the front counter lady didn’t greet me or say anything to me then as a approached the counter still no one said anything she was wiping down the white boards then she calls this young kid out to grab something after a couple of minutes of standing there I say something and the lady finally takes my order.Then as a leave I see her greet a white guy as he walks in and ready to serve him.Im not one to cry racism but this is completely unprofessional and flat out rude.
