Worker who I think is the manager said we are closed. He refused to take my order at 9:20 P.M. on Saturday. The sign in the window saids open Saturday until 9:30 P.M. Rediculous! Subway you lost money, because I went somewhere else.😏
Sandwiches had no cheese, half the veggies were missing, and some of the sauce was missing. Basically they sent out meat sandwiches and charged for their specialty sandwiches.

My husband and I normally go to this Subway when we want it. The food is always awesome, and our orders are accurate 99.9% od the time. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the gentleman, presumably the manager, that is always there. He is EXTREMELY rude. I don't understand what his problem is, but it definitely ruins the experience.
He yelled at a poor kid tonight (01/09 -8:00PM) because he was working on a delivery order while my husband and I were trying to figure out what we wanted to order. The kid wasn't neglecting us, he'd look up to see if we were ready or not. It was absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager. The kid was awesome, I wish I had gotten his name. We really felt sorry for him.

Stingy with the meat. Two GrubHub orders have been bread and lettuce with hints of meat. There will not be a third order to this location.

The gentleman taking the order and making the sandwiches was wonderful!!! Great Customer Service. It made my day better receiving the smile and positive attitude…. I usually dont leave reviews, but I was very impressed!!!
More people need that kind of attitude because it’s contagious.

I’ve ordered pick up or DoorDash from this place 5 times in the last month and my order has been wrong every single time whether it’s the wrong bread or cheese and toppings. Today me and my girl ordered and they gave us both the wrong bread and toasted hers when it should’ve been mine. I never write reviews but like cmon now someone gotta pay attention to what they’re doing.

Recently, I visited this location. I placed an order online. When I walked in, I was not aware of this location's online order pick-up requirements. I got in line behind a family that was ordering multiple subs, slowing down the line due to not knowing what they wanted. There were two workers on the line and they looked confused as well, which didn't help for line production. The person who I suspected was the manager on duty was looking frazzled and in and out from the front. When the line started to pick up some, she nor the other two employees stated once to myself or the others in line that they would be with us in a second. I honestly wouldn't have minded if they stated out loud if anyone was picking up an online order here's where to pick it up at just so that you didn't have to stand in line long. I stood in line for about 10-15 mins and became upset. The customers behind me were getting impatient as well. Since I could agree with them, I reluctantly stated to a customer that all I was there for was an online order and she told me herself where I could pick it up at. Thanks to her for telling me because if she didn't, I would've still been standing there. I got my secured order, went home and discovered that my bread for the two footlongs were toasted and this was not requested by me. This made the footlongs taste stale and I wouldn't doubt if they were already. Having to wait in line, no greeting and order wrong did not make me a happy customer that wants to return.
