2 workers there tonight... "Dani" was complaining the whole time about all these people coming in here and if we run out of bread oh well... Most of the food looked yellow... giving free food to the workers at the dollar store. If she doesn't like working w the public and has an attitude like that towards customers she doesn't need to work there. WE WONT BE BACK!!!!

Hit or miss came in for a 6inch tuna sub and got it toasted…the toaster shot black stuff all over my tuna and cheese…of course the manager didn’t see anything wrong with that…if you like your sub mixed with burnt particles this is the place for ya

I made an online order from this location. I had 2 separate orders. They charged my bank for both orders. When I came to pick up my order there was only one order! I even showed them I paid for 2 orders. They refused to make my other order I paid for. They also refused to refund the money for the one they made. Why would I want to bring home food that's not enough to feed me and my husband? So this restaurant got paid for 2 orders I didn't receive.

Very poor experience. AGAIN. We do online order pickup. Anytime you do the subs are trash. Don’t ask for extra anything bc you will be charged and not receive it! 2nd time now we ordered a pretzel with our food and it didn’t come. I called in and the lady said they don’t have anything and told me that there was nothing she can do. I paid for the food already and you don’t have it! Give me a refund. This is crazy anymore. And this is coming from a business owner. A manager & a supervisor.

I wish I read the reviews before I came here!!!! I should’ve known!I had two gifts card. Tried each one and their system messed up and shut the cards down. They said it’s not their fault!!! I told them this is the second time this has happened to me! They said well there’s nothing they can do about it!!I am terribly disappointed. I’ve been sitting here for a long time!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Terrible!!!!!!!! Just like others are saying, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! This is the second time my time was wasted and I DIDNT get my food. I missed out on making money trying to just get something to eat!!!!MONICA who was in charge clearly didn’t care at all!!!!! The manager she spoke to on the phone DID NOT CARE AT ALL!! The owners DO BOT CARE AT ALL!!!This place is privately owned so there is BO CORPORATE OFFICE! Their management is literally “bu!! $hit”!!!I hope this store gets shut down or they have completely new management !!

Went there on Monday got a footlong tuna, and a philly steak my tuna sub had a long black hair in the tuna, i called and conplained the employee said i could come in and get a new one that she would write my name down but when i got there the manager of the store refussed to make me the sub basically called me a liar, i felt disrespected and was not happy at all my family or i will never eat there again the employees are young girls and they wouldnt let me speak to the owner the owner refussed to talk to me
