Tried to ask if they could accommodate food alergies. My hsband has celiac disease and cannot have any gluten or cross contact. They did not understand the request which would mean they have no protocols for allergens
It's been sometime since I've tried this Hidden gem, a hot spot in The Merriman valley. I chose take out because I know how busy it gets and the wait is expected to be an hour. I get it, it is really worth the wait. The chef, cares for his cuisine and it shows in all the flavor profiles, the extra care is present. The Tekka rice bowl with tuna was a party in my mouth and the miso soup was just beautiful. Thank you for the amazing food.
