Love Swenson's, absolutely our favorite burger joint in northeastern Ohio. Unfortunately, customer service experience at the Fairlawn location was less than satisfactory this weekend. Team member spilled an entire California inside my vehicle and never offered to comp or provide any assistance. Was only looking to get paid and off to the next vehicle. Thankfully the food quality is on point, but spent a material amount of time washing my vehicle out after the experience. Will be back, but accountability and professionalism was a miss this time around.

I've always loved swensons ever since I was a kid. Swensons never fails to impress with their milkshakes and burgers. Gotta get the classic Gallyboy, and their new collaboration pimento burger!!! I can't express how crazy good that pimento burger is with the kool-aid pickles!! So good so so good.

Burgers are smaller than most places but are delicious and affordable compared to other fast food chains. I love the drive-in style, which reminds me a lot of Sonics. Service is very fast which I appreciate.
