Service was good, mostly. I got a galley boy it was terrible, dry, half of it was hanging off the side. Meat was dry also, mushrooms tasted old and crunchy! All in all it was terrible, very disappointed, it’s expensive and money is tight.

Don’t often order from here these days, but the last couple times I have it’s been very disappointing. I’ve had galley boys that seemed burnt to the point of being almost tasteless. The patty and the bun. In fact the bun was literally black in spots one time.
I try to dismiss it and be a little understanding due to my past work in the food industry. But after repeated mistakes, I do unfortunately have to say something. Tonight, I was missing a galley boy entirely from my order. As well as a bbq sauce for the chicken nuggets.
The dipping sauce is honestly no big deal. But the missing sandwich is rather annoying. Especially given they charge almost 7 dollars for a galley boy these days.

Derek was amazing! We placed a large order to take to our Swensons obsessed family in Charleston, SC. He and the kid who was shadowing him were very accommodating and even double wrapped our order so it would be ok for the 1.5 hour flight!!! (Did you know Galley Boys can fly too)? Thank you guys so much. You just made so many people happy with the extra effort. And the new Larder Burger was so delicious. It’s October Fest for the tastebuds. Once again you guys came through with style, flavor and customer service. We will be back again.

I think they accidentally poured sugar on my burger, the burgers are usually a little sweet and I love it but something was really off about my burger. I won’t be back for awhile. It’s too expensive for it not to be great

First time visiting Swensons. Loved it! The young man that waited on us, when informed of us being first timers, really impressed us by explaining how everything worked and he really knew the menu. ALL of the young people working were really busting their humps to make sure the orders were getting out. One Question. I had a Half Pound cheeseburger. Delicious. But why did it taste SWEET? Is that a trademark of Swensons? Can anyone answer this for me? We'll definitely be back!

Not so great this time. Going to try the stow location next time. Grilled cheese with pickles on the side amounted to pickles in a cold, congealed cheese sandwich. Onions on the burgers were so thick and big it was like biting into an onion sandwich.
