I ordered online and didn’t receive half of my products that I ordered, whether that be a problem on doordashes end or swensons, when I called in to let them know of the mishap, I was responded to with rudeness and was hung up on before I could finish even explaining the situation. I know not to expect much in Akron but my lord, a lil professionalism goes a long way in life and I see why people continue to work fast food their whole lives…

The manager is horrible. Cussed out 3 customers in the matter of 5 minutes. Blames his new workers because the aren’t working fast enough. This guy sucks.

I actually ordered through Uber Eats and my food was stolen. The staff was willing to work with me though and I eventually got my food. It wasn't made exactly right but after all that I just took it and said thanks.

The manager Noah is an amazing human being!! DoorDash messed up and put my order half way thru (meaning they charged me but never assigned a driver to my order) so Noah took it upon himself to Get in his personal car and drive my order to me!!!! Like what???! Who does that?! Always going above and beyond. This man needs a damn promotion and raise!!!! If you experience anything short of amazing service, Noah will take care of you!!! Thanks so much swensons.

I order online- it’s not your typical lights on and they serve you, it’s an express Swensons. My food is always ready when I come to pick it up. My order has never been wrong, food is hot and tastes like Swensons should. When I went tonight I almost got the wrong milkshake and the guy at the window stopped me and made sure my order was correct. Easy and quick!

Is there an option for a zero star? I have watched my son work very hard for this company (even in some of the most harsh weather) for over 3 years now. Yesterday he received an email letting him know he was terminated because he did not prioritize am online order over an in person order. The email stated he violated company policy by doing this!!!!! First off, an email to fire someone?????? Not professional at ALL! Secondly putting online orders automatically ahead of in person orders??????????? As a parent of young people, think twice before letting your offspring accept a job with this establishment...

Saw the container of patties sitting on the ground while waiting to pick up an order. The guy who was making the burgers was facetiming while making food. This is the closest to my house but I would avoid ordering here again.
