Usually visit other Swenson locations with great experiences. This location missed a Galley Biy which was listed on the receipt. Called location to request refund. Advised it would be credited. Called back around 11pm as credit was not posted. First male employee states it takes 3 days for credit. Didn't bother to ask name on order. Then spoke with Sam who stated he would post the credit.

Sam- I am still waiting for my credit. Guess I will need to go to corporate to have this corrected. Would not recommend this location. If you can not perform professionally then close it down.

This place needs to be closed down!!! Food is beyond nasty!!! Fries taste like they never cleaned the grease. Daughter ordered our food tonight had to take it back because our burgers looked like they dumped the whole bottle of ketchup on them!

Looked inside inside the place. Looked like they never cleaned the grill. The workers was eating they where making. How they are open. Would be surprised if they had rats

I’ve been here a lot to pick up orders. Every time the workers will completely ignore people waiting at the window for 15+ mins. Meanwhile they’re standing on their phones. Once they finally acknowledge a customer, when you say who it’s for they don’t respond and will not come back for 10+ mins at times. Are they incapable of acknowledging customers or giving updates when you’re standing in the cold/ rain waiting outside? I think the workers are just really inconsiderate and rude at this location.

Another time, after waiting 10 mins to even be acknowledged- the worker took my name and walked away. I stood there for 20 mins before they came back and then they handed me a bag out of the “ready orders” cabinet that had been in there the entire time. Genuinely, this location is very bad, the service sucks.

Checked the bag before leaving they forgot my daughters tator tots, went up to the window, got them.

Get home, realize they forgot the fried cheesecake. Get your head phones out of your ears and stop smoking w33d at work

I ordered online and didn’t receive half of my products that I ordered, whether that be a problem on doordashes end or swensons, when I called in to let them know of the mishap, I was responded to with rudeness and was hung up on before I could finish even explaining the situation. I know not to expect much in Akron but my lord, a lil professionalism goes a long way in life and I see why people continue to work fast food their whole lives…

I actually ordered through Uber Eats and my food was stolen. The staff was willing to work with me though and I eventually got my food. It wasn't made exactly right but after all that I just took it and said thanks.
