Guy here and we was missing some food. Missing all the sauces and had to wait here for an extra 15 minutes just to get our food we were missing and the sauces

Picking up an order from here and watched an employee drag an extension cord over to charge his phone instead of helping his coworkers. Have been sitting here for like 15-20 minutes already waiting, they've clearly got a lot of orders yet I'm sitting here watching two employees on their phones chilling. Sucks when they ruin the experience for customers paying good money for their food.

I am not from the area was visiting. Saw this was one of the only places open at 1 am. It was an amazing choice. Best burger I have had and the bacon was crisp and bun was toasted to perfection. The area felt sketchy at that time of night but the food made the fear worth it.

So, I regularly order from this place. Because it's locally to me. So it doesn't really make sense that I'm leaving it a one star review, if I order there all the time. however, every time I order here, no matter what day the week what time of day or what I order my order is never correct when I get it and this location really doesn't have very great customer service because they don't have any. It's a satellite store. This means they just take orders online. If you want to complain, you have to talk to your card company or Goodluck with God. For the last year i'd say they have forgotten 1 to 2 items per each order every single time. And I order maybe once a month. Trying to call them about it And it's the biggest hassle in the world to deal with. I would avoid this place. I would not go back and I will not be going back any further. You got my money for 1 year and you took way more than you should have and gave me way less than I Requested. Thanks for your options, but no thanks, I'll just go where REAL Swensons is in the future

The employees working tonight, 2 younger ladies, are out of control. One grabbed my phone without permission. When I told her not to do that, she accused me of having an "attitude" then they both refused to give me my order. I'd like to discuss my situation with someone from Swenson's as I'm not ok with how this unfolded.

They fries tested a year old and the building was run down looking, dirty and poor display of resultants name I couldn’t even tell it was sensors ened up driving past it but when I got to the window the lady was playing on her phone with her head down didn’t even notice I was their till I knocked on door, terrible representation of Swenson

I was here as a delivery driver. I didn't know about this location. If the food is as good as the other locations I've been to, then this is a great addition! My reason for not giving a full five stars is because, while I haven't had to wait long, the staff always look mopey and hungover. I mean, it is near AU, but c'mon, get it togethe man! Lol
