Very disappointed that the prime rib special was gone before 6. They served them all at Pix downstairs for the boat show. It took over an hour to get our food in a half filled restaurant. Doubt we will be there again.
Had a lovely lunch today! Our waitress/bartender did a great job and was very helpful and gave great suggestions. Quite atmosphere and nice music overlooking portage lakes. Seafood was great! Had perch dinner and citrus salad but with the Ahi tuna instead of shrimp. Also had the lobster bisque which was delicious.Only strange thing was we were charge extra for the butter ($.49) and sour cream ($.49) with our baked potato. Never had to pay extra for butter when you order a baked...
While we usually start our reviews off with a quirky, descriptive rhetorical question, our experience at this casual lakeside charmer was so good it doesn’t need one! We grant five star reviews sparingly because we want to save them for dining experiences that truly deserve them, and WOW does Table 530 fit the bill. If you decide to hit up this beautiful gem along Portage Lakes (which you should), we highly recommend making a reservation for dining experiences after five o’clock;...
