Have been going here for years. Almost always great. Had an exceptional experience with the manager this evening. I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and the manager was kind enough to help me out with making sure everything was good with corporate, and getting things good for us here. Exceptional customer service!

The food I've had here is always good - I mean, it's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. It's not haute cuisine, but it hits like Taco Bell should. They've had some staffing problems I think, but the staff I've interacted with have always been polite and efficient, even when they're slammed or short-staffed or dealing with difficult, entitled, or downright crazy customers.
Food is great and they have gotten better in time .

This has been dropped to a one because of the service they can't seem to keep people here I was waiting on my order inside and four young guys complain and said they wanted their money back they came in 15 minutes after me and he gave him their order before me just cuz they bitched I was infuriated but I wanted my food so I waited anyways it took 35 minutes while the drive-thru just float around these stores put a concentration on their drive-thrus and it pisses me off to no end if you're here or at any Taco Bell after 4:35 around dinner time and until later around maybe 9:00 depending on the location they're just atrocious go to Chipotle go inside you'll get your order in a matter of minutes even if there's 10 people in line and yes that's how I feel. Updated October 10th 2024 I come in here and watch three orders go ahead and of course the drive thru is always faster dial the restrooms are locked because of the drug addicts in Akron all of the Taco bells have gone to hell when it comes to delivery drivers.

They are a complete scam rip off. When you order a chicken soft taco you are charged $1.80 the price of a regular beef soft taco, PLUS 90 cents for the chicken. So basically you are STILL PAYING FOR BEEF THAT YOU ARE NOT RECIEVING.!!!! That's absolute B.S. From now on They need to start serving the beef on the side, since the customer is paying for it. It can be fed to my dog!! And they actually want you to round up your change for college students, why don't you take the money you are STEALING from people, why should I round up when I'm already being ripped off, & my tax money is already paying for college loans that I DID NOT ACCUR.!! THESE PLACES WANT TO BE SHADY, & THEN WONDER WHY NO ONE THINKS THEY DESERVE $15 AN HOUR!! DO BETTER!!! And the chicken is dry & disgusting to top it off. The health department really needs to inspect this place, & corporate needs to be & will be notified.

We ordered 110 meals for the homeless shelter in Akron. I spoke to 3 different managers but everyone knew to expect us and they were prepared well before our pick up time. They helped us load everything into our cars AND 110 drinks! Thank you to all the managers and team at Taco Bell for helping out with this donation!!
