This place has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service, you are not greeted, orders are taken by machine. Door dash Drivers will wait multiple minutes for thier customer's orders.
Worst Toco Bell service l have EVER seen.

Parking: Don't go or order here if you are in a hurry.

Horrible place and horrible customer service went and got a nacho bell grade and ordered extra beef and they barely gave me anything on it and I call them and they act like I was lying to get free food or something and hung up on me during the call rude people

Worst customer service experience ever. If their were even any. This location is terrible. Went for an order. Told a 20 to 30 min wait at a fast food restaurant. What a complete joke.

They are always very nice! Usually a bit of a wait but not really their fault if their understaffed or it's busy. Forgotten stuff out of my order a few times but very friendly and offering more food to make up for it ✨

My little sister ordered a chicken bowl & they barely put any food in the bowl after it being $8 so she went in and asked if they could redo the bowl since there was literally nothing in it & they told her no & so she got her money back.

Then entire "crew" is outside in sports cars with friends revving up the motors not making the food we ordered 20 minutes ago now. 3 young boys. No respect for the young kids and pregnant lady here in the parking lot. Bad service for sure.

Received 3 Taco Supremes in our order. There were no tomatoes or sour cream on any of the tacos. The shells were stale. Overall they were not normal Taco Bell quality.
When we called back about it, they were not friendly and said we had to send a picture or bring them back!!
This would prove nothing. I will go to a different Taco Bell, where I will receive a complete taco!!!

Orderd a #1 and stated hard to come Supreme and I got 3 reg.tocos,when I got back to work I called and talked with a manager,he said well what are you looking for very rurdley I said nothing because y'all act as if y'all don't care and y'all are rude....so I'm sitting here eating these tocos with no sour cream, no tomatoes and can't hardly see any meat.....they need o close or hired new management and stuff
