My boyfriend picked up food for us and the kids. Got home and realized items were missing (two fiesta potatoe bowls), called and they said he needed to drive back up there with the food in order to get it refunded. My kids were already eating their food and I've worked in fast food before. They know they didn't give them to us, it's been 10 minutes since he left there. It's also snowy and dark outside, of course he doesn't want to turn around and go back to the restaurant.

This place has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service, you are not greeted, orders are taken by machine. Door dash Drivers will wait multiple minutes for thier customer's orders. Worst Toco Bell service l have EVER seen.

Horrible place and horrible customer service went and got a nacho bell grade and ordered extra beef and they barely gave me anything on it and I call them and they act like I was lying to get free food or something and hung up on me during the call rude people
