Worst experience in fast food history ever my crunch wrap had nothing but lettuce cheese and sour cream in it, they were out of potatos instead of saying something they gave me a spicy potato taco with two small pieces of potatoes in it . Please avoid this place

Do not eat at this particular Taco Bell. The food was extremely terrible! Chicken quesadillas hard enough to hammer with and was missing the CHICKEN!! The chicken power bowls were missing the CHICKEN and tasted so BAD! The 2 crunchwraps spelled like someone actually put liquid dish soap in them, and upon taking a bite, tasted as if we were correct! Chicken nuggets were left off our order. The staff looked unkept, high, and doped up! I would not recommend this store unless you like to throw $$ away, which is what ended up happening to us as all the food went I to the trash can. We had it as take out and were not aware of how bad the food was until we reached our destination.

Holy cow has taco bell gotten expensive!! -$30 for 2 people!!- It's usually strictly my drunk girl go to for food, but my guy wanted it, so I went, SOBER... The girl on the headset wasn't polite and seemed irritated that we were there... (Like, if it weren't for people like us -customers- she wouldn't have a damn job!!!) The food wasn't yummy.. not horrible but not "drunk girl yummy"... I asked for my nachos bell grande to be supreme, cuz that used to mean sour cream, tomato, lettuce.. all the stuff that makes it better.. I got a small blob of sour cream on my nachos bell NOT grande.. my guy asked for bean burritos, supreme, and the girl said "there's already sour cream on them" snotty as hell... Next time there won't be a next time!!!

Waited 45 minutes in line for two car in front of me they were not real busy. The staff was really rude. They messed up my order and then told me they couldn’t help me fix it and then when I called up there then they hung up very rude. Food is not even right.
Normally descent food and service. Things happen...However this night was different.
My husband a bought 5 Mexican pizzas and guess what?? The taco shells taste rancet. Strong bitter taste. 😜This never happened before.
I called the location to inform them that my husband was bringing them back.
Instead of empathy and checking the shells and offering something else or a refund; this happens⤵😣
NOT A NICE PERSON The woman/manager that answered the phone was cold,disrespectful and indifferent tone as if I was making this up. While being very bilegerant about the situation she informed me that they will remake it but not refund my husband.
I asked if she could taste the shells to see the problem just in case it was a bad batch.❓
She said they were good this morning.WOW😱 and hung up on me...
My husband went back to the Arlington Rd Akron. location and was met with the rudeness and treated with worse disrespect just for walking in the door. She said the door was locked❗❓She said "How did you get in?"
Get this...She sent him to the drive thru just to deny him service. You cant make this stuff up!! She refused service...TSK❗😡
My husband ate half and not feeling well. Going to hospital and calling the corporate office. Food is in freezer.

I went in and ordered from the kiosk to make it easy for them to get everything right. My order had items on it that I asked to be removed as well as not having the extras that I paid for. I'm almost certain they knew that it was messed up and closed the bag up as if it were a doordash with their stickers, I should have known something was wrong at that point for sure but I got home with my order called the store to let them know what had been messed up, who ever answered the phone had an attitude and said that I would need to come back up with the receipt which they never gave me and she then continued to try to argue with me that everybody gets a receipt whether it's taped to the bag or inside of it.

Food was packed horribly, bag ripped, chips all over the bottom of bag then when bag ripped on the ground.never get the sauce. Even after I asked. Had to wait for food to get done so they could serve people in line
They got my order wrong and I didn’t receive my drinks when I called and explained nicely the lady didn’t even say anything and just hung up in my face and blocked my number

One man waited forty five minutes for his food. Another had waited twenty minutes to be approached, and nobody ever took his order. The front of the house was completely ignored. The staff said they were sorry, but they had a big doordash.Order. meanwhile, the doordash driver was sitting there for twenty minutes and still had not received either of the orders. This is an excellent place to go to. If you wish to waste your one lunch hour waiting.
