Doors are always locked and customer service is Rude. And you can't pick up and place an order at the same time ? What the heck is going on with taco bell?

This is based on my last time trying to order. All I’m going to say is that when they called it a drive thru that is what is or should be expected of you in the early morning hours. No one inside pays any attention to the fact you are in line. I was going to spend my money here . Never Again

Wow! All I wanted was to try their new cripspanada and they allowed the transaction of our order to go through but once we got home all we had was the sauce for them. We called to explain the issue and “the manager” looked up my items using my receipt number and responded, “Oh We Dont Have Those”….then why would you allow your staff to charge us and give us dipping sauce when you don’t even have them!!!!!!?????? Then proceeded to tell us we have to come back across town for a refund. The “manager” didnt even pretend to care…..Never ?? again. Wish i had went to fairlawn Taco Bell. Good luck

Watched a crackhead smoke a crack pipe in the dining room when the workers wasn't looking. Weirdest experience of my life. Then his girlfriend proceeded to come through the doors, and accuse him of smoking all the drugs. So I guess you can say I ate my tacos, and had an entertainment show to watch.

I dunno, 3 soft tacos for $10.99, actually it was a salad. Lettuce, tomato and sour cream folded in a taco. Not ever buying that again. ☹️

What happened to the "other cheapest place to eat" ?.. $38 for 3 meals???,no extras...it's the same .49 taco that is now over $2 for 1...crazy!
It's Taco Bell, if it is made right and eaten sparingly, it can be fantastic, but it can be complete garbage also. The shelf life is very short, eat it while it's hot.
