They've pretty rarely messed my orders up which is great because I est there more than I'd like to admit. I think if they didn't get the new "loud AI lady" thing at the drive-thru, they would have figured out the difference between chicken and steak last time. I hope they put up a camera for reaction videos when that thing yells at the customers because it is quite jarring and I got a good laugh at myself last time. Staff are always friendly, amicable.

Late one night, I pulled up to this establishment, unsure if they were even open. To my surprise, and voice came over the intercom! Though not exactly jubilant, they still inquired about my order. I soon realized I only had $3 total, I requested a potato soft taco. A surprised voice rang back over the intercom "oh that's it?" I humbly replied with "that's all I got money for honestly haha!" These guys could have easily not taken my order, or even obliged me with my order... but instead, they not only made my taco bigger than it normally ought to be, but included a mistake burrito, Cinnabon desserts, and a drink... all without charging me! Thank you guys! I appreciate you for your generosity!

Wouldn't recommend this location at all!!! Denied my diabetic ass my order through the drive thru after waiting over an hour/9 card from the speaker, after I already bolused/taken my insulin, because I was also there for a door dash order....
Had to rush down the street to another location to get juice to stay on this side of the dirt...
Poor customer service... 2 hours later and I'm still dealing with the blood sugar roller-coaster because some night shift manager is on a power trip!!!
Wish I could give zero stars for this location... entire staff working at 1 am need retained on both customer service and how to talk to people!!
I've been in the restaurant industry since I was 13 in the, as some of you put it, 1900s... no excuse for this location!! Other than they have no f ucks, zero to give about anything!!! Even if you live or die in their drive thru lane!

One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. My Crunchwrap came out hot and crispy despite the long line and the service was courteous.
This taco bell has always been fantastic but now they have AI running the drive thru at truly horrifyingly loud volume. The AI is extremely limited and shouts the whole time and is virtually unusable.
Edit: my partner and I got a chalupa supreme and a crunchwrap supreme and both were chewy and stale instead of crunchy.

This Taco Bell is a complete joke. I run doordash for a living and drove through the drive-thru to pick up my doordash order. As it was eating dinner I ordered myself two burritos. I was denied service and told that Taco Bell corporate no longer allows doordashers to order while picking up doordash. This was after sitting through a 10 to 15 minute wait in line in the Drive-Thru. No Taco Bell has ever told me this. Doordash is our private contractors Taco Bell has no authority to tell a customer when they can or cannot order food. Will be calling corporate.
Placed a mobile order through the app. Apparently due to their new AI system there is now a wait time when you order through the app. It was going to be a 22 minute wait until the order was ready well we were on a 30-minute lunch. What we were ordering was also only available through the app.
