This is my regular Taco Bell and I usually have no issues, but when I got my 3 cheese chicken flat bread they definitely shorted me on the chicken.. was not happy with that order.

Edit: Happened a second time. They accept the online payment and say the food is being prepared but the location is closed with a sign on the door.
Accepting online in store pick up orders while the doors are locked. People behind the counter just blankly stare at me with no note or explanation.

The place looks nice, but it’s just dirty and the employees make it ghetto.
So let me start off by telling you this place had trash all over the floor. You can see from the pictures. The staff very unfriendly.
I simply asked for a cup for water and the guy looked at me three times and blatantly ignored me. The lady that looked like she was a manager there saw me, looked at me definitely heard me but just walked the other way. I then turned to the third employee who was working the drive-through while eating a taco and she finally gave me a cup of water.
I’m pretty sure that per OSHA, employees are not allowed to eat on the job and in working area.
As you can see from the picture, I ordered a chili cheese burrito and this thing had virtually nothing in it as you can see from the pictures.
The bottom line here is that employees can destroy a business by just not caring. This seems to be another fine example of “quietly quitting” and doing as little as possible.
If you wanna go to a restaurant that’s gonna make you feel unwanted and regret that you went there in the first place this is the place for you .

Everything was wrong. Ordered zero sugar beverage and got the regular kind with sugar. Had barely anything any toppings and no customizations that I ordered. Food wasn’t even warm only seconds after pulling away from the drive thru window. Do not go here

Worst taco bell in Akron. I asked if the chalupa shells were fresh and they said yes and that's a complete lie. The shells are so dry and hard, on top of that the phone doesn't work out they just don't answer.
