The last two times I have come to the drive-thru at this location, I haven't even been able to order food because the cars are at a standstill for at least 10 minutes or more, with hardly anybody inside the restaurant. What exactly is keeping everybody so busy in there with one drive-through order at a time and hardly any customers inside? Pretty ridiculous at this point.

I went inside and was told by a blonde manager to order through kiosk then turn around and wait to pay an employee with cash. So... I left. It's not my job to do your job.

The people who work there are wonderful, It's just sad that they work for a corporation who no longer cares what their customers get and the quality of the product they are served! I have not been there in a couple years and recently stopped in for a breakfast burrito and what they show on the screen that they charge $2 for is definitely not what you get! You need to do better Taco Bell
