I've been standing in the dinning room for almost 20 minutes after the app said it would only be about 5 minutes, I'm the only one in here, they are ignoring me and only taking the drive through orders
UPDATE: Waited 25 minutes for 4 things

Would love to try Sunday morning breakfast here but they are never open at 7am as posted. I've tried several times with no luck.
Tonight I visited Taco Bell and ordered two Cheesy Gordita Crunches and two Soft Supreme Tacos, specifically requesting NO TOMATO. The woman taking my order was lovely—she was polite, professional, and even repeated the order back to me correctly, which gave me confidence that everything would go smoothly.
However, once I got home, I discovered that half of the order was wrong. The order of the Soft Supreme Tacos had not only the tomatoes I explicitly asked to exclude but also jalapeños, which I never asked for. It was disappointing to realize that, despite the care taken during the ordering process, the execution completely fell apart.
This could have been a perfect experience, but the lack of attention to detail in the kitchen made it frustrating instead. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when you feel like your requests were ignored.

i ordered 2 grilled steak burrito combos. One with fiesta strips and one without. they handed me the food and I asked which one was without fiesta strips and the guy said, "I don't know". Dumb!!! If one is modified, IT SHOULD BE MARKED. The reason mine was not marked and it was unknown which one was without fiesta strips is because BOTH had fiesta strips. Too hot for me. I chucked it in the trash. Pretty messed up that it cost me $20 for 2 burritos and 2 tacos and I had to throw it away. I won't be back.

You get very good deals on the app. It's well worth checking out the app. 📱💰👍
This Taco Bell is absolutely awful- I order and pay for major modifications on my cantina bowl order all the time- I go to other Taco Bells with no issues. This one NEVER gives me the “extra” I pay for. The bowls are always about half of what they should be. I NEVER get my drinks in my delivery orders. And they will give you the worst zero sugar BAJA blast with zero flavor. It’s all carbonated water. As for their staff there is one older woman that works there that is beyond amazing. Other than her I’ve had people that are so miserable to even be there. It’s just overall the worst Taco Bell. It’s worth the drive over to the Arlington Taco Bell off of Kelly ave. I think that speaks volumes considering that area. They seem to have it together over there.

I don't usually make reviews but I hope this might help the issue that I know me and many other people are having. I don't know if they are short staffed but for I shit you not 6 months the drive through has been incredibly slow. You could be waiting at the intercom for 5-10 minutes per person. People behind you get upset and honk at you cause they think you are the reason and there is nothing you can do. The food is okay but the wait is not okay. But if you order indoor pick up it will be to you in 5 minutes or less.

When you get a burrito there is only a tiny bit of meat at one end of the burrito. Sometimes it seems like there is none. Its always sloppy as hell
If I could give this zero stars I would. This is my first time ever going to this Taco Bell and it was horrible. We ordered SIX of what we thought were chicken cantina tacos. Came home and got these shitty ones instead. The incompetent woman on the speaker asked us if we wanted them hard or soft shell… um, pretty sure they don’t come with that option. We asked and double checked that we ordered the cantina tacos and she said “yes that’s what you ordered, you always get the choice on soft or hard shell”. Being normal people we trusted what she said because I shouldn’t have to doubt the person who works there. Clearly I messed up there. She also sounded rude and short with us. I know working in fast food sucks but it’s not my fault that’s your job. The wrong tacos we got were cold and wet for some concerning reason??? It was all around disgusting and a bad experience. Our total came to $30 which was wasted. Especially in this economy I can’t play around with my money like that. The girl at the window who gave us our food was very sweet though, which we appreciated. However, I will happily never be back. Don’t waste your hard earned money here until they get a competent person to take orders.

Come in here almost every week on a Friday or Saturday for either 2 or three people. Me and my dad get the build your own luxe box every time and my mom usually gets a burrito, nachos and a drink. We use the mobile app to order which the tracking is completely wrong! Almost all experiences the app says the food is ready just to get there and the cook says they are just making it, i wait for about 15-20 every time after the ten minute drive and the app saying it is ready.
