I have been through this drive-thru several times every single time I go through this drive-thru The orders not correct on the screen and it's because you're not speaking to a human being You're speaking to a machine 0 it is to the point where if I go through a Taco Bell and it has an automated machine instead of a human being that's taking an order I'll go to McDonald's or somewhere else this world is becoming too dependent on machines and not dependent enough on people corporate Taco Bell you suck

The AI they use in the drive thru now is really annoying. One more way to cut costs while still raising prices, not that the human service was any better. While handing me my food at the window, the employee literally didn't say one word. The whole experience felt dystopian. I don't think I'll be visiting this location any longer, which is a shame because they used to be really good. Now everything costs twice as much as a few years ago for less service.

Extremely disappointing that I spent 18 dollars on my meal and it was Luke warm and the nachos bel grande barely had cheese (I ordered extra) hardly any meat and half the chips for as expensive as it is. Talk about robbing your customers.

So I want to start off by saying that the cloneliness of this Taco Bell has probably been one of the cleanest taco bells. I've ever been in the crew on shift was very lighthearted, very helpful even suggested different meal items for me off of what I was looking for and I have to say that my food was put together immaculately Willa and Alex we're like artists. I've never had such a well put together quesadilla. Along with my burrito being perfectly proportioned and evenly flavored throughout the heart and time, they put into what they're doing is absolutely amazing and I hope for the best for both of them, along with everybody else. That was on the crew while I was there. Shows the the management team here. Is definitely well above most other establishments. I hope that everyone that works here has the best of holidays.And thank you so much for making my night.
And as per suggestion from alex, I would say definitely try the cinnamonTwist with sour cream

I came to this Taco Bell because of the only place open off of Arlington close to my place. I asked for a very specific order and confirmed with the person who charged my card that my request was validated. Unfortunately, there was a major oversight on Customer request. I also asked for extra hot sauce, because I love hot ! Attached is a picture of my “extra fire sauce “ and now here we are. I just do not understand why such a simple process that was asked ended in such careless efforts. As somebody who has a job and lives their life with great detail, and satisfaction, why is it so hard to get it correct.

The people who work here gave up caring awhile ago. I always have to go back for something they forgot in the drive-thu. It's been 5 months since the coffee machine broke.
I waited a long time in the line but that isn't the employees fault, they need to hire more people at night. I enjoyed my nachos while I watched Beavis and Butthead, who were also eating nachos...
It was wonderful. First time having this chicken taco thing. I will get two next time

If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered delivery on the app and it sent a DoorDash driver , the driver put the food at the wrong address and they must’ve taken it and I didn’t even know where it was because I live in apartments and had no idea where that specific address was, the door numbers didn’t even match at all to my address, it was $56 I have emailed 4 times about a refund and never heard back ! 1650 is my address the other photo is the address they put my order in which caused me to not receive my food and never even contacted me to try to find the right address
