Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to. I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.

Not impressed at all. The older lady at the window was very rude and is always rude when i come through , i don’t think she can handle window and thinks she need to be in the BOH. Please get some intelligent people to run the window.

HORRIBLE PLACE FOOD NEVER RIGHT ALWAYS MISSING FOOD
We used to love this taco bell but unfortunately it's not worth going to anymore. Always very skimpy and empty tacos and crunch wraps. We'll be going to a different taco bell from now on as this is the 3rd time this has happened.

I just love their food. I usually get the boxes with different things inside. And a drink. The thing on this day was one person was running the whole place by himself. I waited a little while but the food was hot and good.

I’m currently in the drive thru. The gentleman at the speaker, Jay, is so sweet!! He was just so happy to be there and very patient while I ordered my food. He made my experience amazing
