I used the app to place my order. I didn't have any issues. I took my time walking to Taco Bell. My food was placed in the To-go section. I verified who I was, and I picked up my food. The inside was empty for the most part. None of the tables or chairs were dirty. I notice the employees all getting along, which matches for a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend using the app if you're in a pinch, plus you get points that add to discounts and free meals.

Had a glitch in the app when I ordered and ended up charging me for over $80 of food. The crew helped me go through it and void the order so I could re-order the correct stuff. (Montrose OH location)

If I could give this place no stars I would. Nobody ever actually appears to be working at a normal pace. It’s like you’ve disturbed them by actually ordering food. I’d say my orders are right maybe 50% of the time and I can wait 30 minutes after placing an app order and I’m still waiting onsite. Absymal

Everything was bad, rob//ben, and miss stiff blonde wig at this window thought messing our orders up (3 diff orders btw) was funny until I said something, terrible service anywho don't waste ur time prob gna get the order wrong and refuse to fix it.

They told me that my order was different on their screen than the receipt. They refused to admit fault and then provided replacements that weren't worth eating. This is the second worst taco bell in north east Ohio as a result. Really clean though, A+ there.
Then! While I'm eating, I hear them talking to each other about how customers today are giving her attitude. It seems like she just had a bad day and decided to make shitty decisions to make shitty food.

Ever since Taco Bell got automated drive-through, the service has been intolerably SLOW. There is also option to get out of line bc there is no space to drive around anyone in front of you or back up. I ordered ahead thinking it might speed things up but I have been trapped in this hellscape for approximately 40 minutes now.
EDIT: Finally free. The human employees were the only positive part of this entire experience. Bring back human employees! And pay them WELL!

Typically the best Taco Bell around. Have had issues like any other restaurant but they are always really great to me about it! Just don’t be a butt of course and they will fix you right up! 🤙

I ordered a black bean crunch wrap w/o cheese and was given ground beef instead. There were no other customers so it wasn't a mistake, they INTENTIONALLY gave me meat which I haven't eaten in 10+ years. I didn't realize what they did until I had eaten some which caused me to become ill. I don't want to think about what else they do to the food.
