The lady was very rude and when we asked for her opinion on what burrito to get she said “ i’ll just give you the most expensive one on the menu” in a rude tone and then proceeded to do so. We then asked if they had the birthday cake churros she goes “we don’t have those anymore” in a very snappy voice. She also didn’t give us napkins and mild sauce when we asked. She was overall very rude and took forever. Hoping to have a better experience next time. (Wednesday night at 10:15pm)

Ordered a #8 DLT. My cheese was ice cold thus making all 3 tacos cold. My Baja blast was diet. I can tell because I’m not an idiot. Also when I popped the tacos in the microwave to melt the cheese (immediately after getting home) idk if they used a different cheese but it tasted like pure plastic. I was literally just trying to grab a bite to eat before work as I’ve been dealing with the flu. I don’t think these npcs have the capacity to realize giving garbage food to someone can really make a crap night even crappier. Next time I’ll save the $10 and just filter feed. 0/10 another fine CrAkron establishment.

Taking the fast out of fast food. You flat can not speak with a human, you must use the kiosk, provided of course you can get it to work, then 20 minutes later you get your order, incorrect I might add. Almost $20 for a soft taco and 10 piece nugget with a drink. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, quick meal. Go down the street to Fleming’s, at least you’ll get some value for your hard earned money and real people too.

Pulled into the drive thru and computer asked to take my order. I had a question about party packs of tacos so I asked for a person. She came online and answered my question so I asked for a 12 pack of tacos. She said hold on and I waited a few minutes. The line in front of me had cleared and I had a few cars backing up behind me so I started to question what she had said. I pulled up to the window. She came to the window and said I was supposed to wait. She then stated that they had not taken my order and I would need to either come inside or cycle back through the drive thru line. I went inside to speak with a manager.. Nope. Not in the building. I then asked for the location # and they didn't know. I walked out. Ridiculous. I will spread the word of how bad this place is. May never go to Taco Bell again.

Customer service was awful. The kiosk did not show the new chicken nuggets. The app would not let me order them. It kept saying I exceeded my order limit and canceled it out. I asked the staff about ordering them at the register and the cashier asked if they had any and the other staff member said yes and then they proceeded to ignore me. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and when I finally sat down to finish my meal it was about another 5 minutes that I was finally acknowledged again. I will not go to this location again. Poor customer service shame on them. If you can’t order on the kiosk or the app they could care less about their customers.
Taco Bell can do better. Put more meat on the taco. Taco ain’t cheap these days.

paid an extra dollar for a nacho cheese. got not even a full pump of nacho cheese in any of my cups. I’ve worked at two taco bell’s for more than 2 years each, there is no way that you actually believe somebody could at a large fry with just this.

Nobody seems to know how to give the right order and double check that they're getting the right thing. Not only that after being asked what was missing when I said a large freeze and was given a regular. I just left not going back again if 20 people can get through drive through but I ordered in 30 min ago and still waited to get the wrong thing.
