The staff makes sure to keep the same people coming in. It is a tactic they use because they are easily timid. They do not care for new faces especially guys who have the potential for distracting regular customers away from them "the bartenders". I know this to be fact.

They lie and water down drinks very untrustworthy and very greedy. The place is laid out like a small hallway and gets very warm. Hard to breathe. Plus they will say they have certain alcohol and substitute for something completely different. Manipulation at its fine nothingness. Not mad just disappointed

I asked for the discontinued Bacardi 151 rum, thinking they wouldn’t have it, but was surprised when the bartender said, "Oh sure." After taking a sip, I noticed how weak it tasted, so I asked why. He mentioned it had 151 proof similarities. When I asked how long he had been bartending, he said three years. I couldn’t understand how someone with three years of experience could confuse 151 rum with anything else. It’s just crazy. I’m not angry, just very disappointed.

Sick and tired of getting an attitude from the drunk bartender Dakota. Deff know I’m not the only one. Y’all need to check your employees and last time I checked it’s against the law for a bartender to drink.

So my wife and I were out last night enjoying the weather. We wanted to get a drink on a patio when we found this place. We walked in and I immediately went to the rest room to wash my hands. Bathroom is spotless. Almost as if it was your own home clean. I walk out and my wife has a huge grin on her face and starts giggling. She said that they have live music. A women was up on stage singer. Absolutely stunning. She is that good. She looks at my wife and I and stops singing and says “ hey everyone, we got another straight couple”. My wife and I bust out laughing because we had no idea it was a gay bar. I looked around the bar and sure enough, mostly good looking clean cut guys with a couple ladies. The singer says “ you guys go sit with the other straight couple, and I’m buying you all a shot for being here”. My wife and I laughed harder than ever. We had a blast and stayed till they closed. To the point we were asked to leave they were really closed. We were the last people there talking with staff. No matter what your sexual preference is, this place is a must see. We are in town for awhile on business and I can assure you we will be back. Some of the nicest people we ever have met. Nobody was in appropriate with either one of us. So if you’re reading this please understand we don’t typically write reviews ever. But if you want some live entertainment, have some strong inexpensive drinks, this place is a must see. Thank you to all that we’re working last night. We will definitely be back.

It's always great to go and relax with a drink. Some of the older customers had attitudes. Just ignore them.

Amazing Bar Strong Drinks friendliest Gay Bar Ever Personal Bartenders They Don't Judge Anyone

No doubt, this is hands down my absolute favorite bar in Akron. The staff there? They're super chill, friendly, and know how to mix up some seriously good drinks. Plus, they always have cool events going on, and it's right smack in the heart of downtown Akron where you've got tons of food options nearby. And here's the best part: the crowd is crazy diverse! I'm talking folks in their early 20s all the way up to their 80s hanging out together. The atmosphere here truly embodies the essence of a thriving community.

My boyfriend loves this place! Not only that but it's very discreet! I would have never found out he was cheating on me if I didn't have an apple air tag :)

Dirty Racist Dive Bar!I’ve been here three time and will never go back again. Every time I’ve been here the staff is very rude and seemingly go out of their way to make sure BLACK LGBT know that they are not welcome. The main crowd is a group of white older racist coke-heads. The first time I went there was a nat(a small fly) in my drink and the bar tender was extremely nasty and reluctant to make me another, so I asked for a beer and I don’t even regularly drink beer. The second time I went with a group of friends and asked if they could play HipHop. I was told, “It’s not that kind of bar and if that’s what you’re looking for you should probably go somewhere else.” This third time it was made pretty clear that I wasn’t welcomed, as I never received service. If you’re BLACK and looking for a gay bar to go to I would suggest Square Bar or maybe even Matinee which has a pretty alternative crowd. I’m giving this place 1 STAR, I wish I could give it 0.

I was walking later in the evening with my friend and we passed this bar, the door was open so we decided to stop in for a drink.Kota the bar tender was friendly and attentive. The drinks were good and prices fair.Music played the whole time and they were all good songs. The other patrons were respectful. Will definitely return.
