I'll say whatever food you get is actually pretty good, but youll get whatever they feel like giving you. I normally dont care about a small miss order, but the last three times somethings been missing or wrong and this last time was SO F'd. The order was 1 Chicken Burrito, 1 beef taco, 1 chicken taco, chips and queso side of rice and beans. They asked if i said "beef nachos". Nope, I repeated my order, Ok. Pull forward and the girl says "4 beef tacos, 1 chicken tacos, Beef nachos". Shake my head say nope, I repeat my order and add "ill keep the beef nachos since yall really want me have them, some one will eat them". They ring me up $46, hand me some tightly knotted bags shortly after and I ask "thats all of it?". they say Yes and apologize. I get home and open the bags - 4 beef tacos, 1 chk taco, beef nachos, rice, no burrito, no beans. Ive had them before and ill admit the Golden Burritos are pretty good, Im pretty irritated about paying $46 for a No-den burrito though.

I'll tell you, I have told everybody whom I felt would take advantage of golden burrito. I've only had it one time but I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. I felt terrible as I ordered at an off time and on the weekend, but the gentleman who took care of me didn't seem to mind whatsoever. It was a little different of a situation for ordering as I walked up to the entrance and thought the location was closed I pulled down the door but it was not that type of service at least for that day. Upon getting back in my car the gentleman Made it a point to come out and tell me to come on through the drive-through which I did, I ordered a steak burrito, Couple of tacos some rice and a couple of other side items and again it was fantastic. The food was hot, plentiful and very tasty. They definitely use quality ingredients. I would love to visit them more often but my eating habits Will not allow it; thus the reason I've told others about it. If you have an opportunity and you enjoy that type of cuisine, do yourself a favor and stop into golden burrito on S. Main St. in Akron, you will not be disappointed I promise you.

Chicken Burrito for me ($12.00). Steak Burrito for friend ($12.00). Both excellent. Burrito wrapper excellent, grilled, did not fall apart. Ingredients top notch & tasty. Drive-thru. Friendly. Waited 5 min at window for fresh cooked because I didn't pre-order. I'm going back.
Exceptional food and surprisingly fast. Doubtful, view the pics they have. You'll believe pretty quickly.

Order off their app spent over 70 dollars said they were open on google and their app we get there and they’re not open called again the next day to try and get a refund of our order or have it remade because we already paid and they kept saying our order didn’t exist in their system even though we sent them our order receipt and all of the information as we are trying to figure it out the guy hangs up and blocks our number worst customer interaction I’ve ever had anywhere do not recommend using the app or DoorDash and if you go inside to order you better speak Spanish because not a single person in there speak a lick of English 0/10 would not order here ever again.

I wanted to support this business, so I tried it out. Ordered some tacos and a burrito. I still don't get these small tacos. Very little meat and just as plain as it could be. Im just not a fan. And these places are offering 2 for ?. Now the burrito was huge and very good. I got steak. The steak was very flavored and delicious. I wanted to talk to the owner, unfortunately, we had a language barrier. He couldn't quite understand what I was asking, which was very simple questions. Are you the owner? Is this your dream? It didn't go well. But he seemed genuine and true. There's a slight drive adjustment to the service window. You have to swing out and then maneuver close to the window. Be careful. I will be back to try other items.

Went through drive through, only had to wait about 5 mins after we ordered but let me tell you it was worth every min waiting. We had the steak burrito minus the salsa and it was fantastic!! The burrito was massive, nice and hot, great flavor, and tender steak! We will define back every time we want a burrito!
