We bought 5 six gallon buckets of wine and when we racked them we had just over 5 gallons per bucket. Paying for 6 gallons and getting 5 gallons. They need to do better than this or we will go elsewhere.

John is the consummate owner - passionate and knowledgeable about the hobby, incredibly friendly and outgoing, and always willing to discuss recipes, methods, etc. Add in a large and varied inventory and you have a truly special place.
Staff is very helpful with all of our brewing, fermentation, and cheese making questions. It is nice to have a resource other than the internet for recommendations.

Great place to shop for all of your wine & beer supplies. Great little beer kits. I drive out from the far Westside of Cleveland to go there. The prices are not cheap, but you are paying for quality and good service.
