We had a great experience at The Industry! Joey P. was attentive and patient while waiting for our party to arrive. The lobster gnocchi was outstanding, and the Pistachio Tiramisu and Dirt Cake were delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Recently I went here (weeknight) with 3 other people . I’ve always loved this building , and the menu looked great, so I was looking forward to the experience .

Our table of four seemed a little cramped - I had metal bars (wall decorations) next to my head , which I had to lean into for the server to place my food and drink . The chair was a little awkward - I couldn’t rest my elbows on the arms(too high) . I had to keep my arms tucked at my sides which was awkward .
I ordered the lobster gnocchi as my entree . Being the second most expensive entree at $34 I was surprised at the amount of lobster on top, about one small claw’s worth . Regardless , it was very good , and the gnocchi was awesome - the amount was enough to have leftovers . The drink menu was creative and our cocktails were fantastic .
I also had the half Caesar - the portion was perfect , but the Parmesan tuiles were thick and chewy .
Our server was ok - we all agreed she could’ve been more attentive - for example we had to flag her down for refills on water and more drinks (we waited a decent amount of time for her to come back to our table, we weren’t being impatient.) - overall she just didn’t seem too invested in good service , which for the cost of food and drink , was mediocre. At one point, she came back and my friend asked her for a cocktail. The second she finished her sentence, the server turned and walked away without asking the rest of us if we needed something as well. I had wanted to order another drink , but I didn’t even have time to ask because she was already halfway across the dining room. I said “wait” as she took her first step, but she didn’t hear me because I didn’t want to be rude and be loud.

All in all, I spent just a little over $100 on an entrée, drinks, and a salad - including tax but not the tip of $25. I absolutely would have tipped significantly more for better service .

I plan on returning for another go- with so many 5 star reviews, (maybe tonight was just a fluke )I would just ask to sit in a more central location .

Hard to get a reservation, but worth the wait. Food was excellent and their specialty drinks are really good. Great variety from specialty dishes to gourmet burgers.

The food, staff, and atmosphere are fantastic! I brought a group here and they continue to rave about the food! I got the deviled eggs and they were phenomenal! I absolutely enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and affogato! The truffle fries are amazing as well! I will be back again soon! Thank you for a great experience for my group, I appreciate everyone!

Guess I don’t really get the hype about this place.. Was so stoked to finally have a rez and chill here.. First off, my manhattan was $18 and had barely any bourbon. I know because I’ve been making them for 20 years. The bartender used 1oz or less. No doubt. Had to send it back, which our waitress forgot about. No big deal.
Nothing about the food stood out at all. The ceaser dressing was incredibly watered down (tasted like store bought mixed with water) and the flank steak was like rubber. You had to chew it like gum. Nothing quality about it in any way. We also ordered the deviled eggs which was topped off with pork belly. It wasn’t crispy and fried like it’s supposed to be. Pork belly is the same as chicharrón in latin food. It tasted like raw, slimy chunks of fat. I could barely eat one. The eggs tasted as tho they had been refrigerated for some time. It was my wife’s app. They were not good at all.
My wife didn’t care for her brussels spouts. She mentioned they tasted like they were steamed, and the balsamic tasted like cheap high fructose corn syrup. She didn’t finish either her app or her salad. The only thing that was ok was the tuna with rice cakes app. Forget the name. I gave her my food becuase she didn’t like anything she ordered.
Bottom line.. No way we’re returning here, $138 for apps and a cuppa drinks. The lighting was incredibliy bright. Felt like a cafeteria and the music sounded like it was an AM radio coming from the far corner of the restaurant.
I’m 7 for 8 on predicting restaurants that won’t last. Unless they make it more of a culinary experience, CHANGE THE MENU OR CHEF, they’ll be toast within 18-24 months imo. Nothing about it made it enjoyable. The decor and light fixtures are awesome but dim the lights, enhance the sound quality and make it more of a vibe with editable food so it feels justified when you get your bill. Luciano’s is far superior and the vibe @ Oak & Olive is 10xs better. The food @ Leo’s is a thousand times better as well!! Hope they figure it out. Cheers!

My review is mostly based on food. Server, drinks and atmosphere were great. Went for a birthday dinner for the first time. Best thing we ate was the pretzels. The steak was tough, raviolis stuck together with oddly dry sauce, lobster Mac was decent and a friends salad was also meh. Salad needed to be served in a larger bowl as she struggled to cut it without it all falling out! Beet salad was also odd as I’m used to it being larger pieces for presentation but it was all chopped up. I’d go again if I were getting a drink but disappointed in the price for what I ate as a main dish.

I’ve been interested in trying The Industry Kitchen & Bar since they opened, and today I finally made time for lunch — it was absolutely worth it. I ate at the bar, where Lindsay the bartender was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service.

The atmosphere is unique and really well done — stylish yet comfortable, and a perfect fit for the city of Green. I ordered the smashburger, and it exceeded my expectations. The side of roasted fingerling potatoes — cleverly called “paving stones” — is a great twist on traditional fries.

Overall, an excellent lunch and a great addition to the local dining scene. I’ll definitely be back.

The ambiance is one of historic brick mixed with a modern flare. The lounge area is cozy, with a clear shot of the football game on the screen above the bar where Nick is creating art with his amazing signature cocktails. They have only been open since the Spring, and this CITY vibe is exactly what I needed.

Do not sleep on this place. Food is fresh and flavorful. Chef has created a creative upscale menu. Very chic atmosphere. The owners have put a lot of effort in all the details. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about menu and drinks. Looking forward to many future visits.

This is why I wouldn’t come back or recommend:
• The beet salad only had about four tiny pieces of steak, and the salad itself felt incomplete.
• The mac & cheese tasted like it was frozen, and the portion was much smaller than what is shown in their pictures.
• I asked for avocado slices but was given guacamole instead, which isn’t the same.
• The total came to $39, and I also tipped—this felt far too expensive for the quality and portion size; honestly, this could be a $15 plate.
• Since it was a to-go order, I couldn’t even address these issues in person.
• The location is hard to find—it looks more like a church, with no clear signs for the entrance.
