I go to both Tim Hortons by me alot. This location used to be alot better. All the employees are nice, but other day I went through like half hr before they close which is noon. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and they said they were out of food. Mind you this location doesn't serve lunch now either cause reduced hrs. The one lile 7 mins away is open 5 am to 5pm, and serves it all. I see why they are always busy. So anyways, today I went and when I ordered they basically said all they had was bites, and drinks. No food again, or donuts. I mean come on. How does the other one never run out of food?

The food is good. But I ordered a latte and it definitely was not a latte. Looked a lot like just regular coffee with creamer and flavor in it.

Used to be my FAVORITE coffee place until they started closing at 1 or 2, if they bothered to open. Today, I drove past at 11 on a SATURDAY and the lights were out - because they were closed. Again.I am giving them a 2 star rating and not a 1, based solely on the memories of how good they were for about six months.

Tim Hortons in general is a fantastic place to go… but this guy that opened up the Akron area tom hortons has no business being in business… closes at 2pm(ridiculous).,. Then closes randomly and puts a sign up closed due to maintenance… LOL THE BUILDING IS BRAND NEW! Some people just have entirely too much money and they don’t know what to do with it- hey I got an idea let’s open a Tim Hortons and never open!

This location is completely garbage. If they ain’t giving you the wrong order, they are unexpectedly closed. Multiple times over the past couple weeks they are randomly closed with paper sign saying due to an unfortunate circumstance. Like how unfortunate circumstances are going to have?

How do you run out of basically almost all your doughnuts besides honey cruller by 10:30am on a Tuesday?! No chocolate glazed, no chocolate dip, no Boston creme. It's not even as if they close early - they close at 7pm! Drive through clerk acknowledged every item we ordered and then forgot an item. Half the Timbits in my order were super stale.

I ordered online and paid for a pickup via drive through. Well they decided they didn’t want work today and it was closed. 930am on a Sunday. They sure took my money tho.
Food is good, the coffee is good, the only thing that's not so good as they close at 2 pm.

We have a tim hortons in ellet oh, it doesn't matter what yime you go, they are out of everything. Went there this sunday morning and tried to order a muffin and we told they are out for the day. It is 10:00am, how are you out for the day? No hot chocolate. 4 times they have been out of croissant for the day. I won't be back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough.

First time here, not impressed. Loaded burrito was barely warm, bacon looked like it wasn't even cooked, and lacked eggs. Hashbrowns could have been cooked longer. On the up side my husband liked his muffin sandwich and I thought the hot chocolate was tasty.

The donuts are great and their dark roast is awesome. The employees are Very courteous and helpful. Sure beats other coffee shops in the area. Very inexpensive.

They NEVER have croissants EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here! No matter what time, or what day. If you sell out of them daily, why wouldn't you make more to sell? Not going here anymore. To bad, because I used to a few times a week.
