I felt like the staff was being intentionally difficult to understand to trick you into ordering things you didn't want and I have never seen a Mexican restaurant that did not offer a Guadalajara special combo dinner and would also swear I had ordered one there before but not this time as it couldn't be found on the menu. I settled for Chimichangas and was gravely disappointed with the portions as they were the tiniest chimichangas I have ever seen and especially in relation to price .

I think the biggest mistake I had made this evening was assuming it was associated with UNCLE TITO's which is much MUCH better and had never left an Uncle Titos disappointed.
I really wish that were the case this evening but alas, it wasn't.

I will absolutely not under any circumstances be repeating this mistake.

I’ve been working occasionally in the portage lakes area for 4 years and they have never disappointed. It’s my go-to place now. I’ve ordered it 3 times in 8 days! Delicious. Great portions. FLAVOR is perfection. I can’t wait to order again 🩷

My son's girlfriend ordered takeout from Tito's the other night... Oh my goodness! Their steak Fajitas were the best I have ever had. I loved all of the different veggies, especially❣️ And I was able to get two dinners out of my order. I want to try the chicken next time.
I bet it'll be just as yummy!

Used to rate it a 5 star. Food is great, servers are accomodating and fantastic, prices used to be good, now they're only a little pricey. The major issue I have is that it used to be super comfortable inside. Then they replaced all the lighting with blue daylight bulbs. It's like eating a delicious dinner in a doctor's office. I asked about it a few times and it seems the owner just uses them to save money. Would recommend the food and service, but maybe get takeout. Atmosphere is important!

Edit: After reading some other reviews I also realized the menus are out of date. The descriptions are incorrect as well as the prices. I was charged 90 dollars for something that added up to 60 on paper. Also instead of the beef tips that were supposed to come in my burrito there were chewy, grisly pieces of steak. Went from a 5 a couple years ago to a two.

OMG!!! I can't even explain how good this place was... The absolute best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to in Ohio, and I've been to several.

Tito's has 2 different creamy seafood burritos. Both are good. The more expensive one is bigger and better but the lesser one was good too. Good chips & salsa.

Such *authentic* atmosphere the Caucasian waitress or manager had to assist the genuine Mexican waitress with my questions ... which was cool/fine. Mas bueno.

Edit: later visit. Apologies, I ate some of this Yucatan Fajita plate before I remembered to take a photo. It was very good.

This place is amazing!!! I absolutely love the food and everyone that works there!! I order from there at least once a week or every other week. They are so sweet and care about their customers! They make you feel welcome any time you come into the restaurant to either dine in or get your online order!
