I enjoyed dinner at Tito's, and I highly recommend this fine restaurant onanchrster Road near Ghent The burritos and fajitas were first rate. The tamales were especially good. Certainly my wife and I will return.

Had a 21st birthday party, asked at the door to go all out with singing, Sombrero, and just complete embarrassing. I had asked them if the birthday person received anything free. They said either a shot or dessert. They refused to sing, they said after the fact the somberro was dirty. They said they were short staffed. I understand people call off, but if you can't comply with a simple request, then say something upfront. Very disappointing to go and spend a bunch of money, only to be told sorry and good night.

When we arrived at 6 we were the only ones there so expected good service. Once we sat down and looked at the menu we ordered drinks. I ordered a Dos Equis on tap but the waitress said they don't have beer on tap despite there being a whole selection in the menu... I picked a bottled drink and moved on. While looking at the menu I noticed a lot of items had new prices taped over the old price instead of just printing a new menu. Once we placed our food order it came out relatively quick. The food was dropped off and we never saw our waitress again. By the time our food came there were no open tables, it filled up really fast, but we were disappointed that none of us ever got refills on any of our drinks. We were also charged for 2 sodas when only 1 was ordered, but we never saw our waitress to ask for it to be corrected so just paid it. My food was pretty disappointing. The chicken and rice inside the burrito were dry as the Sahara. It sounded good and looked good in the menu but unfortunately it didn't come together at all. Also quite expensive considering it came with no sides like rice and beans.

Food is generally consistent, service hit or miss. Lady with the glasses is good so is the bartender, others often deliver food and never ask if you want more drinks or anything else until it's clear you're finished and they offer a box. Yesterday I was there with a friend I'd not seen in many years and in 4hours we were offered one drink and never asked if we would like more water or another margarita after the first of each. We then learned we were the table keeping her from leaving. As someone who served for 15 years I can definitely say this is not the way to build a check average and make tips.

Something has changed… we are usuals here. Like every other week. Used to LOVE the food.. last handful of times our food was under seasoned, our veggies weren’t even cooked/sautéed all the way. It’s becoming hit or miss which is a shame, as the prices rise, the food is suffering. Unsure if it’s a management change, or they got new cooks maybe but it’s not consistent. Been trying New Mexican places nearby
