Facilities are very clean. Good prices for good food. Friendly staff as well.

We had a really great time celebrating my fiancés birthday! Our waitress, Grace was so kind . She asked us if we were celebrating and offered some sort of dessert but my fiancé has a dairy allergy so we decided on chips and salsa and this is what she brought out! It really made the experience for us, her kind gesture went a long way . We will be back, and definitely want to thank her for being so sweet and doing something so thoughtful!

Edit: getting worse.. I'd like my time back for the time it takes enter users (time starts before any names are entered), for load time of the games (very slow), the Acura ad that wants all users information that doesn't have an X or close (have to acknowledge and process).. all wasting time I pay per minute to process. This isn't game time.
Corporate world top golf took over the once local friendly Big Shots. Now prices are higher and adding $30-50 convenience fees on top for reserving bays. Sorry, didn't mean to garentee you business. Taking on hidden airline fees. I'm sure club rental and per ball fees coming soon.

Our waitress was very kind, we went for a work party, clean building & bathroom was clean too. People seemed to enjoy the golfing part. They have heaters to keep you very toasty in the cool weather. They have food & drinks too.

We came to Topgolf tonight to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! Most of us aren't golfers, but that didn’t matter at all. We had such a great time. The staff made everything easy and fun, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I was very surprised at how well priced it was for a night out. It was such a unique and memorable way to celebrate, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Topgolf Akron is a fun place to hit balls and test your skills. Clubs are available to use and servers are there to assist you with setting up the tracking system. They also serve food and beverages at the bays. Topgolf is not cheap but it's a fun golfing experience.
Me and my group had a decent time but I was very disappointed when my server told me I can’t have more than 3 drinks in 2 hours. I’m a bigger guy and I drink often so 3 beers for me did absolutely nothing and when I went to order my 4th they told me it’s corporate policy that you can only have 3 drinks in 2 hours but I can’t find any other info on this. My server told me she doesn’t think im intoxicated at all but still refused to serve me. I’ll never go back as long as that rule exists, Definitely ruined my night lol.
