First off I don't like how I was handle for the brief moment I was inside it was nice at first my friend introduced it to me and suggested I get some deserts because I already had gotten some food it was clear as day I had a white box in my hand with outside food nothing was said to me as I walked in I buy some bread pudding and wait for it in the bar area a nice man brings it to me I'm just about to drink my liquor and eat the man that cashed me out and I found out was the owner just now says no outside food allowed but I'm not even in the restaurant part at this point anymore I'm at the bar I instantly get pissed because if it was a problem something should of been said when I first walked in not when I'm about to eat had already bought food from the original store and a drink from the bar i threw that raggedy a** bread pudding away and walked out petty s*** like that will never get my money again don't wait to say something right when I'm about to eat bad service I WILL never pay a dime in that place again and I hope y'all don't either that owner a slum lord

As a licensed grilled cheese expert, I was very happy to see that this establishment was up to code. The creativity of the sandwiches is superb, from breakfast to tuna to perogies, any kind of craving can be satisfied here. If you are wanting a drink it is connected to a bar which is cool ?. Don't get too drunk though because apparently dancing on the table "isn't cool" and you'll "have to leave"

Great place for a unique and delicious sandwich or melt. I had the Simone Biles which was a very flavorful plant based burger and I tried a bite of the Kid Cudi, it was an awesome indulgent chicken and waffle melt, and there fried pickles were perfectly crispy.

Ordered a long time ago had an amazing sandwich. But since then on 3 different occasions we tried to order. It's almost like they don't want my money. I feel they are poorly run. Like when you call up there at 11:15am on a saterday to try and order food and no one answers the phone.

I love your food,I’m just confused if you’re actually still in business or not since it’s impossible to order lately. I understand the state of the world but some updates literally anywhere would be nice. We just want to give you money.

Placed an online order through their website, after 3 DoorDash delivery notifications the 4th driver called to say the restaurant was closed. Received a notification that the order was cancelled, but I was still charged for the order. There are no working phone numbers to call to get a refund, I submitted an inquiry through the "contact us" on the website that has not been responded to, I submitted a "chat" through Google that has not been responded to.

Been awhile since I have been to Twisted Meltz. I’ve gone to Kent but I was in Highland Sq and decided to stop. I ordered the LBJ. Waited awhile but there was some big orders ahead of me. That was ok with me. Your employees were very kind. I was given a gift card for waiting. By the way, sandwich was excellent ?

Why go here when Mr zubs is right across the street. I wasnt impressed by the food and the bar they have on the other side of the restaurant had such trashy bartenders. There is one more sandwich that I would like to try, if its not good i wont go back again.

Owner of the company, or whoever addresses complaints is just terrible. Any little bit of criticism and its the end of the world. Uploading this again so people can see what to expect from this establishment. Read some of the complaints from the State Rd. one as well.

Surprisingly their food was phenomenal. The staff was polite and helpful to suggest add ins to my sandwich. The entire kitchen and front was clean and neat. The food was high quality. Deff eating there again soon. Huge menu!

Pros:-- Unlike its predecessor, Cheese and Chongs, this new incarnation of cheese dishes is absolutely delicious. The wide variety of selections offers enough to keep wanting to come back. The fact they now make their food rather than just have containers to heat up in the back makes a huge difference. And that pretzel! I've never seen a pretzel that big. And it was amazing. We even brought the rest of it home to finish off the next day. Our of five of us, none went away hungry and everyone was satisfied. I look forward to trying even more food to see how it all tastes, but it really all looks great. Cons:-- Fair warning: when they say something is hot (spicy), it really is hot. No joke. While no one can beat the onion rings at Skyway--though I certainly hope someone eventually tries--Twisted Meltz onion rings are generic and sloppy. They are those ridiculous "tempura" rings that are nasty. Go to Skyway. Rival those. LOUD. TOO LOUD. Please, for all the love of people's hearing--but also for the ability to actually hold a conversation--tone it down. I get that it's connected to the bar next door and sometimes there are live bands, but the noise factor is over-the-top too loud. If I wasn't deaf already, I certainly would be just after one dinner there. Overall: Go. Just go. It's great food and great people. Just take ear plugs and text to the person next to you if you want to be understood.

I've gone in once and ordered delivery once before with no problem, but last night was just... weird. I ordered delivery on Doordash and luckily had a dasher who was patient and kept in contact. He first told me he was told there would be a bit of a wait because the kitchen was suddenly busy and backed up with orders. That was completely fine. After about 20mins he then says he was told they made the shakes but are canceling the rest of the order. He asked the staff if they could at least make the pretzels and luckily they said yes. So when they arrived we had fresh pretzels & melted shakes. My partner's shake was peanut butter when he ordered Superman, which was another problem since he has a peanut allergy. To be fair though, I did have the "go with merchant recommendation if out" option on and forgot to write in the description that he has that allergy, so that may be on me as well.I completely understand being a small business and understaffed, especially these days. I just wish you all would turn off or at least not accept Doordash orders if you're too busy to make them. It wastes time, money, and gas of customers and delivery app drivers.

Had the Ruben with sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese bites. The staff are very friendly and fast service. All the food was amazing but my fries were a little to burnt. Other than that definitely would go back.
