It’s over priced you spend 50$ for a pizza and they hardly put any toppings on it. Just a waste of money

Tasted decent but not a good value for the money we spent. No place in it where I could wash my hands before eating. This neighborhood is supposedly welcoming but had to walk 4 blocks full of eateries and other businesses to find a bathroom I could use. Wouldn’t recommend visiting that neighborhood at all.

This place is an absolute JOKE. I ordered a pizza from them and paid $24 for 4 PIECES OF PIZZA!! What an embarrassment this place is! I called to ask if this was accurate and spoke to the most condescending j*** I’ve dealt with in a long time. This place should be ashamed! Plus the pizza was not that great.

??As a vegan, I hate that they don’t have more options. And the only vegan option is going to be the most expensive thing on the menu. The vegan cheese is an extra $6, but any regular pizza comes with free cheese. That’s crazy. Also, there are no soy-free protein toppings, and they too are each $6. Way too limited for the prices.

I ordered the chicken salad without olives because I’m allergic to them and guess what my salad has olives on it. I won’t back.

The old saying goes "don't judge a book by it's cover". Well, don't judge a pizza by it's picture, either. Although they have many different kinds of crusts to choose from, along with sauces & toppings,they only have 1 size - a 12" in the pan style. They are very generous with the toppings, but the sauce is way too garlicky... my whole family said the same. And it's not cheap pizza, either. So if you like overpowering garlic in a red tomato sauce, by all means, try it. But I'm ot a fan, and neither is my wallet.

I have ordered from the Akron location several times. The food is usually very good. I have not ordered in several months. I ordered a American Pan cheese pizza and a tossed salad. I placed the order at 4:20 for pick up at 5:05, after work. I received a message at 4:50 that my pizza was out of the oven already. When I arrived at the store at 5:05 my salad was stacked on top of the pizza on the heat shelf. Needless to say when I got home with the food it was less than desirable. The pizza was lukewarm at best. The salad dressing was warm. The lettuce was warm and limp. I hope that this was an isolated incident and not the new norm for this store. Very disappointed. Kathy K.

Got food tonight and it definitely wasn’t as pictured. Paid $24 for about $10 worth of steak (MAYBE). The shells were still on shrimp and the shrimp was cold. It was just terrible tonight. Made a simple comment (not even rude) and they deleted my comment ??♀️

This is a review of two tastings of the American Pan Crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and sausage. I first tried and fell in love with the American Pan Crust pizza when I tried a slice at Akron Pizza Fest. The second time I tried the American Pan Crust pizza was tonight when I ordered takeout and ate it at home. I kept the pizza warm in the oven. The slice at the pizza fest was much better probably because it was right out of the oven and I didn't have to take a 20 minute drive home and then place it in another oven to warm up. Both pizzas had the same characteristics that I'll describe shortly, but the pizza fest slice was much better. The sauce is very sweet and tangy. The cheese was stretchy/stringy, slightly sour, with a creamy, milky flavor. The crust was greasy on the bottom and edge. The inside was chewy and very fluffy. The takeout pizza was more chewy than fluffy. The pizza fest slice was much more airy and delicate than chewy. The bottom of the crust was delicate and slightly crunchy. The takeout pizza was less delicate, harder and crunchier. I ate slices from three places at pizza fest and hands down Upper Crust was better. Tonight's takeout pizza reminded me of my moment of bliss at Akron pizza fest but fell short. I'd still buy it though.
Pepperoni rolls and jo jos were amazing. Upper crust pizza and Vegas pizza not so much.

Rude and unorganized staff. Had a pizza ordered for delivery and never had a knock, ring at the doorbell, a text or call about my order being delivered. Calling the staff about our missing order they then said they delivered and left it. Pizza was cold by the time we figured out they simply left it on the porch.

Food is good. Do not order early for delayed pickup. They will not ensure they have your food at time of pickup even if just a few hours later. They also do not tell you that at the time of taking your order. Prices are high as well.
