This particular location on W. Market is Garbage. Employs the typical "Hoodie" element to work there and then are surprised when they run it into the ground. Terrible customer service and undercooked food will make you sick!

Their potato wedges are underrated
To be honest I love upper crust but now they stop delivering to us, when we got pizza last week from them, and delivered. Guess we will have to find another place. We order from Akron and are only up the street. It seems they make there delivery area smaller and smaller.
edit: they are delivering to us now, one of my favorites, our delivery person knows when someone forgot to tell them no onions, lol.
