Their pizza is the only pizza for me. It’s so cheesy. It’s so saucy. The pepperoni is cooked to perfection. I devour a large pizza on my own. Now the real star for me here are the chicken tenders. They are huge and so good. They are a meal in their own. A side of Jo Jo’s comes with the tenders but I can never get to them because the pizza and the tenders are so filling. I personally love the ranch sauce but I’ve tried a few of the other sauces and they are great. I’ve tried a few other pizza places but anytime someone asks me where I want pizza from, it’s gotta be Upper Crust!!

the crust has always been amazing, but they improved the red sauce and vegan cheese. the red sauce is FANTASTIC and the vegan cheese actually browns. super yummy😄

Ordered the Thigh Box Thursday and the chicken was still bleeding red blood! Undercooked poultry can KILL YOU! Rude, disrespectful staff. Absolutely clueless. Typical "Hoods" behind the counter that could careless about you or your future business with this place. I will never be back!

This particular location on W. Market is Garbage. Employs the typical "Hoodie" element to work there and then are surprised when they run it into the ground. Terrible customer service and undercooked food will make you sick!

Great food, the pizzas absolutely to die for, the chicken is pretty good however the pricing on chicken is not consistent. It's cheaper to get an eight piece and a four piece than to just get a 12 piece. The math doesn't math. It's cheaper to get a 16 piece than a 12 piece.
Update: getting an 8 piece and a 4 piece is a dollar cheaper. They credited the dollar. Still, the chicken prices are quite inconsistent

When I got my order home my chicken was over cooked and very hard, then they give you a drumstick that looks like a wing ding! Then when I called to speak to the manager he acted like he didn't care and kept giving excuses about the chicken saying I don't know why it's hard because we used fresh oil thehe asked if I could bring it back! He acted like whatever! Poor management! Don't go there and waste your money! Then he said they had no corporate phone number! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
