Fun time with Buck Baked Band! Upper Deck has a nice lineup listed for the summer concerts.

Went out to eat with my wife last night, decided to go somewhere we hadn't been before , it was very crowded being that it was memorial weekend . Our server was on top of making sure our colas were kept full, we waited an hr and a half for our meal and appetizer. Our soft pretzels were kinda warm , my fish and fries were completely cold , my wife's peppers and sausage were also cold the cheese on top was like concrete! Our server was pleasant and apologetic. I noticed others getting booze seemed to be a top priority. I just hope a true food critic never visits this place !!!

It was ok, maybe I expected better? I heard good things about upper deck, but I was not impressed. A nice view of the water and boat dock. Although there was a loud annoying sound coming from the parking lot area, it sounded like a generator?

Service was mediocre, and it seemed as if they were hanging out with friends rather than working. II was told the inside was closed? Idk... But, that seemed strange to me?

Really good spot on the lake. They’ve made some improvements to the outside area recently and terraced it. Looks very nice. Good place for drinks and a lake view.

This location has so much potential but unfortunately falls so short in the follow through. They have invested considerable amounts of monies in renovations from the last time I visited and have a great outdoor setup. While initial service was attentive, I waited nearly 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Fries were hot but the burger was cold and the bottom of the bun was soggy and nasty. This left me eating the burger with a fork and knife, which lets all face it, isn’t the same burger eating experience. Not one person checked in after the food delivery or question the soggy bun laying on the bar top. Might be a place to return for the views and a cold drink but I’ll pass on getting food here again.

For a place that knows they have a ton of people on motorcycles, you would think they would be concerned with the giant pothole at the entrance

I usually love this place. Went here on Mother’s Day with my pregnant wife and 2 year old (she loves watching the water and the boats). Waited for 40 minutes at a table and never even got menus. There was plenty of staff around. They frequented the tables all around us. I had to wave one down just to get some fries for my daughter and ask for menus about 20 minutes in. After 20 minutes of waiting for menus when she stopped at all the tables around us multiple times chatting and bringing more drinks we were ignored and we left. Seeing lots of comments like this . Sad thing the staff sucks now. Figure it out upper deck.

It took 45 minutes to get a menu and another 45 to order then it took an hour to get our food!!! All the while our server came to our table to ask how we were doing 2 times in that 2.5 hours!! That's just crazy and inexcusable, to say the least! However, the food was delicious!

Took us 2 hours then me and my family got fend up we asked the waitress when the food was gonna come. than replied with the food hasn't started. I don't recommend this place. Never coming back

This place usually has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately during my most recent visit, service was slower than usual… it took about 20 min for a server to even stop by our table. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence, because I generally do like it here.

April 12 2025 Sat and waited 15 min. 3 female employees all working behind bar. Not very busy maybe 10 customer. First time experience. Went up to the bar asked for drinks and menu. They were polite but slow. Service to all customers was neglected by lack of performance. Plenty of just hanging out instead of working. A little party outside with a pet wiener dog. Seems to distract them. That was the break area. None of those people were customers. They just utilized the outside view. At one point a random guy from the chill group outside went behind the bar and started helping before going back to the group. Looked like a shit show. The owner has plenty of staff. The front acted lazy. The kitchen did good no issues. Attempting to pay. Waited about 30 min to ask for my bill. Actually went to the bar to pay. The front staff mostly distracted by each others conversation. Would not recommend. Essentially not even busy. They just suck as front staff. The owner is losing money. The people occupying the property where not even your customers. Don’t wast your time at upper deck.

The most disgusting food I’ve ever had the burger was so salty it was ridiculous outside patio is run down and nasty

Good Burgers! Fair price, friendly smiling staff.

The food was great. Good music and nice dance floor. Plenty of seating.
