I'm conflicted about Valley Cafe. I had lunch about a week ago. Lunch consisted of iced tea which was OK. I chose a reuben which I really enjoyed. I paid about 3.29 upcharge for onion rings which might have been good when they were freshly fried...some hours before they were served to me. I ate them, so they weren't terrible, just not good. A few weeks ago I had a bad experience at this restaurant with some server being rude and making me feel like an inconvenience.
