I have not been to a Waffle House in years because of a bad priority experience. When my husband suggested we go there for dinner tonight, I was hesitant. I am so glad we went, though! Our server, Journey, was amazing! She was polite,friendly and courteous! She asked me if I had enough sausage gravy on my biscuit, if my waffle was dark enough, just very sweet! I would definitely go back, but only if we can have Journey as our server again!
Be aware, WH is now closing early and will have take out only. Thanks to criminals and lawlessness these great businesses are having to close after years of great service. This location has been subject to shootings into the building for no reason but random violence yet law enforcement was more concerned with WHO staff saw - the staff was diving for cover to keep from being killed. this place is always awesome. ive been coming here for years now, the staff is always excellent and kind. i fully believe waffle house employees are heroes..!! it is always so busy, but they manage to get you fed quickly. today my server was brandy - if you see this, i hope good things happen for you. the food is always AMAZING, and every time i go it feels like they do it better. im always saying its the best ive had there. it is my favorite and most comforting place to dine...
