We never had issue before. We love the service and food here. But not this day. This time we waited in line and they called us. We ordered the meal and waited over a half hour for the order. The waitress finally came over and appologized and took orange juice off bill. She then brought the food but didnt get the pancakes that went with the order. We finished the food and still no pancakes and i requested the bill. The waitress we had finally came over to give us the bill, she had placed the pancakes in to go bag and took them off the bill as well.

I’m not sure if it’s a custom here but having the server say “No rush.” And then standing there waiting for you to pay is rude. The food was great but the servers need more training on customer service. Looking over my shoulder waiting for me to my card out and even stopping us in the middle of our meal to stand there and wait. It’s rude at best and we usually enjoy coming here but it seems to be a few of the serves that treat us that way.

I had the what's in the waffle, it was AMAZING! My wife had the chicken and waffles and she was also very satisfied. Service was great and a really cool atmosphere, for sure will be back when in the area.

Warm gooey syrup. Friendly, attentive waitresses. Waffle so crispy ? Perfect breakfast every time. 10/10 Highland Square Wally Waffle is a feast to the eyes and the imagination. So far two of my favorites are the peanut butter & banana based “Elvis” waffle and the “What in the Waffle” topped with sausage n gravy, sunny side up eggs ? ?
