Server accidentally double charge my debit card. The management of Wally waffle refuses to refund the double charge. Made several phone calls and talked to management. They refused to fix it. My family and I have been going to Wally Waffle for years. We will no longer be dealing with a bunch of crooks.

Sat ourselves no one around... Food was cold. Attitude sucked...when told.. finally was taken off the bill... No manager talked to us.. won't go back.

As soon as I walked in the customers were friendly. We sat down and the hostess was very nice. We went there later in the afternoon so that may be the reason for the floor not being clean. There was food scattered under the tables. The utensils may not been rinsed well since it looked like it had a film on it. The coffee cups unfortunately did not look any better.The Belgian waffles were crisp and I personally like that. It was nothing out of this world. I'm grateful for the people who work there and I hope they work on turning things around.

Wally Waffle was my first chicken fried steak in Ohio! And she was a BEAUTY! Delicious breakfast, clean restraunt, friendly quick service, and plenty of parking my favorites! I somehow did not take a picture but take my word and order it next time!Signed- a PNW CFS snob ?

Great selection of pancakes and waffles. Service is always good. Worth the visit just to see the giant waffle on the ceiling, created by a local artist we were told. Love it!

A terrific breakfast spot tucked away in a shopping center on Ohio 18. Delicious French toast and waffles. Huge omelettes. Wally Fries (hash browns) are crisp and light. Although we don't live near this place, whenever we're in the general area, we'll stop in. Delicious as usual. Servers are very friendly, quick and efficient.

The restaurant was clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. We went there for lunch. I highly recommend the fried pickle burger with fries.Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza so parking spots are plentiful. The staff was sweeping up liter outside to keep the outside clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of accessibility from what I could tell. There was a wide entrance with no steps leading into the restaurant. There handicap parking available. Inside there was tables and booths spaced far enough apart to be able to maneuver a wheelchair. Only thing I'm not sure about are if the restrooms are accessible because I didn't use them.
