I went this morning because I conveniently missed my turn, and the 2 guys taking orders made my day brighter by having bubbly personalities and I really appreciated that, especially this morning. One was a manager and I wasn’t able to see the other guy, but thank you for that🩷

This place sucks. My sandwich got messed up this morning. I was on my way to work so I couldn't drive back. They left off the da,m sausage on my sandwich. From about 9:30am to 10:40am the phone would ring once and hang up. I couldn't call corporate because they are closed on weekends. I don't normally visit that Wendy's but I was with my family in the area. This place needs to have their franchising rights removed if they can't fix their shit and live up to the high-quality Wendy's I'm used to.

Ordered 2 chicken biggie bags a chili, baked potato and jr bacon. Didn’t get straws and when was checking bag to see if missing anything was asked of missing anything said was checking. Was told well we have a line so. I got out of line checked was missing 3 sandwiches had to go back through drive thru to get sandwiches. My fries and nuggets cold too.
