Second time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and the second time my food was cold, but most importantly it’s been wrong each time. Really frustrating if you pay extra to customize your sandwich and they don’t even add it to the order. Not sure what it’s like to go and get food from here but highly recommend to not order delivery from this location.

The food was pretty decent but I'm noticing that when I do order fast food, which is super rare, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The amount of food I got for the amount I paid was absolutely not worth it.

Very gross VERY DIRTY.... there floor is so sticky I could hear my boots peeling off every step. I recommend going somewhere else.Next try.... Slow but the drive thru had an interesting view, though.

Honestly, it doesn't matter if I come here as a customer or a doordash driver, it's miserable. I worked fast food and in restaurants for years, and I feel bad about complaining even though the staff is rude usually. If you don't want go wait 30 minutes for some nuggets I wouldn't go

Was Waiting to ordered I let someone behind me go ahead while I was looking over the menu. After he ordered they ignored me not even saying 1 moment. They looked at me as I was homeless because the location is by a homeless shelter. So I walked out. I also noticed in the reviews alot of 2 and 1 stars but the overall reviews chart makes this location look good. But it lacks in good quality and good service

By far the worst service from a Wendy's in NEO. I've been here multiple times and every single time I end up waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru with only 2-3 cars in front of me. The owner must really enjoy loosing money with the amount of cars that pull in and end up leaving without ordering because they end up waiting forever for "fast" food.

Did not have half of my mobile order- did not tell me till was at the window where you get the food. Gave me a choc frosty instead of peppermint since they were out but didn’t ask me if I wanted the choc instead of the peppermint- woulda just rather had the refund. Out of the salads and told me to contact customer service online.Was in a waiting chat for online help for about 10 mins, I was #1 but no one helped. Used the call center, was on the phone for about 8 mins in the holding / elevator music area. I hung up, Emailed them and still no response. Way too much work for a refund.- update: 3 days later no refund
