I ordered 2 spicy chickens.They were fresh hot very delicious.The staff was very nice.The service was very fast and I was certainly be returning again.

Worst Wendy's in Akron if you ask me. I always say I'll NEVER stop at this Wendy's due to a prior bad experience, but today I was craving their seasoned potatoes & should be in & out so I thought. Walked in all eyes on me while the whole staff was sitting in the dinning area. Still had the regular menu presented. Took about 5-10 mins to be acknowledged at the counter. Ordered a medium seasoned potatoe which took about 20 mins to get mind you the potatoes where just sitting there. I would've been waiting longer if I didn't speak up to ask what's the hold up & if I could get my potatoes or a refund. I had time to waste tho & wanted to full experience just so i could write this review. ALWAYS follow your right mind/first thought. NEVER again.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. Was trying to order our food and had to repeat ourselves multiple times I get not hearing but you could clearly tell she was just not paying attention. We got nuggets 2 chilis 2 Fries and an Asiago chicken sandwich and a kids meal. The pull the car infront of us up then the lady opened the window immediately had an attitude. Gave us or drinks and made us pull into a parking spot we waited for 10 mins our food comes out and they are missing our chicken nuggets. So my fiancé goes back in THEY NEVER EVER DROPPED THEM AND HAD NONE UP!!!!!!! So had to wait another 10 mins. Then we get home open our other food the sandwich literally had no bacon and then the chilis we got was literally just broth. I will never ever go back here and I wish I would have read the reviews and saved the money.

Food was horrible, ordered a grilled chicken wrap, paid over $6.00 for this trash. It was all wrap, barely anything inside & tasteless. Also ordered regular chicken sandwich that was a joke. Don't let their commercials fool you! The girl at the window seemed bothered to have a customer & jams the bag through the drive- thru window. If you don't like your job, go work somewhere else! I will never go to any Wendy's ever again. They can all close down & they wouldn't be missed.

Went through the drive-thru and all I wanted was a chocolate strawberry frosty. They gave me a vanilla strawberry and I waited because they didn't have the correct change. What a disaster

Since when do they only do Doordash after 9:30. My wife went through the drive through at 9:30 on July 15th and was told they were only doing Doordash. WTH!

This was a terrible place to go. It looked newly remodeled, but service and food were terrible. The floor was either wet or sticky. The young man who waited on us seemed like he didn't want to be there. He didn't tell us until after we ordered that it was a card or exact change only. He didn't tell us that there was no ice, nor that the soda drinks were not cold. He didn't tell us when our food was ready. Our burgers weren't even warm. I will never go there again.

The best looking jr bacon burger I've seen come out of a Wendy's in a LOONG while. Don't order the Carmel Frosty though, as it's just the vanilla one with not enough carmel in it and it wasn't even mixed up into it!!

This Wendy's location is probably the worst of them all. When you go through the drive through, they rush you to order, then they dont get your order right and always has missing items. Then when you are polite and ask them for the rest of your stuff that you paid for, they act like its an inconvenience. The customer service is horrid and the quality is just as terrible.
