We just went to the store and we sat and drive-through for 20 minutes before they even came onto the speaker then they told us to hold on. They got our whole order wrong very rude. Very unprofessional. They all look high. We get home half our food is missing. Try to call. Rang two times hung right out. Do better. Wendy’s do better

The people working there are great, I really mean that, but they're drastically understaffed. By the time you make it through the drive thru lane you feel like you paid double for it with the gas waisted from just sitting in the line so long.

The worst customer service I feel I've experienced in a while. The cashier taking our order acted like she was so above the job she has and could not care any less than she did in that moment to listen or get our order right. Headphones on (which usually i don't care but when you roll your eyes and act like you cant hear or understand me, then I have an issue).

They decided they were done with breakfast at 10 just let people line up. The dining room was locked. The guy in front of me was arguing with the whole staff that came out.because he wanted breakfast and they just decided they were done. After he left she was pleasant but didn't get my order right and failed to give me all my food. The guy in front of me was correct they are very bad at their job I recommend Burger King if you actually want to receive the food you paid for

You pay close to 14.00 for a double baconator meal and get 2 little pieces on bacon and large fries that's literally half empty

Dude the Baconator is supposed to be all about bacon and these cheap SOB's give you 1.5 slices?? Freaking 12 dollar sandwich and I get 1.5 slices?? Y'all lost your touch and deserve an audit and negative rating.

everytime i go to this place i feel like i should apologize... for messing up the nice clean floors or i might get fingerprints on the counter. the bathroom is always maintained. i never see a run over cup or trash around the building. its almost like whoever is management runs a tight ship & the team knows just what they have to do. drive thru or go in my order has never been wrong. proper sauce or dressing right amnt of napkins & straws. the ap could use a little bug check, ive not been able to complete a mobile order (3×) its not even an inconvienience because the person taking order has always been cool- food fast & fresh. i hope this review finds you with the same experience... Wendys would get a 5☆ review if i didnt know what i know about the chili-
