Dude the Baconator is supposed to be all about bacon and these cheap SOB's give you 1.5 slices?? Freaking 12 dollar sandwich and I get 1.5 slices?? Y'all lost your touch and deserve an audit and negative rating.

everytime i go to this place i feel like i should apologize... for messing up the nice clean floors or i might get fingerprints on the counter. the bathroom is always maintained. i never see a run over cup or trash around the building. its almost like whoever is management runs a tight ship & the team knows just what they have to do. drive thru or go in my order has never been wrong. proper sauce or dressing right amnt of napkins & straws. the ap could use a little bug check, ive not been able to complete a mobile order (3×) its not even an inconvienience because the person taking order has always been cool- food fast & fresh. i hope this review finds you with the same experience... Wendys would get a 5☆ review if i didnt know what i know about the chili-

The floors were extremely slick. Seemed like they mopped the kitchen and then used the same bucket to mop the dining area. The napkins/drink area was disgusting and really needed cleaning.

French Fries were old, stale and cold. I asked for freshly made French Fries and the lady lied by stating that the French Fries were freshly made and that the other French Fries were the same temperature.
A complete, utter lie. The French Fries were cold to the touch. The lady was simply lazy and did not want to do her job.

Just got back from trying to order food for the family. First off they were completely out of potatoes! So no fries no baked potatoes. Ok we can get past that. So all I wanted was a large frosty right. I get home and the frostys were completely melted. Y'all had no problem telling me you had no fries why in the heck would you not just say the frosy machine was down instead of allowing me to spend my money on that crap??? I am very upset. I'm not about to drive 20-25 minutes to go all the way back to get a refund. Very disappointed Wendy's
Refused to give me my change back stating they didn't have any change your a business u need change

The staff were the rudest my wife and I have ever seen. This Wendy's should be shut down, as it's dirty, rude staff and manager, racist slurs when we took the ladies picture that waited on us to report to corporate. A disgrace to Wendy's, and we both worked at a Wendy's when we were teenagers when people mattered and customer service was important. Their appearance was totally unprofessional, degrading the Wendy's image. Such a shame that the employees don't care, and obviously they aren't held accountable for how they treat their customers, as they have lots of bad reviews.

Compared to other Wendy's in our local area your doing a good job fast service and the food is good .been a few times where the food is cold which is a turn off but otherwise not bad service. The drive thru workers are always friendly

I got the Apple pecan salad combo with a small Frosty. The food was good for being a fast food facility this is one of the few that I can enjoy an actual decent-sized salad for the price. The lady that took my order was very courteous and polite, however, the other employee that handed me the order when I said thank you have a good day, I was looked at as if I was from another planet.
