showed up at like 9:50 and asked for a frosty and was told they closed their machine down already… which is crazy bc the place doesn’t close till 12am … idk what kind of place closes their stuff down 2 hours before they close. This place sucks man

I’m trying to understand why this location closes at midnight yet every time we try to go there around 8:00pm-9pm, they always say the frosty machine is already cleaned for the night..everything about this location is bad so I don’t know why we even try. We won’t be anymore. Our money just goes elsewhere now.

Went to this branch twice in the evening, 3 hours before they closed on two separate occasions. All I wanted was a Frosty. Both times they said, “can’t do a frosty, machine has been cleaned for the night.” Why not just clean the grill and close the whole restaurant? Went next door and got a milkshake from McDonald’s. Shouts to McDonalds for serving what’s on their menu.

Went here to get lunch with my cousins and the cashier was barely understandable. I had to repeat my order several times. He seemed very confused about a simple kid meal order. The fries were cold. The cheeseburger did not have cheese on it and when I told them about it, they just left a cold piece of cheese on it instead of making a first sandwich or warming up whatsoever I was not given my drinks either I had to request those. The bathroom door did not lock so my kids were not secure when going to the bathroom and the bathroom had urine all over the seat and floor. This was 11 AM. There’s no way it would’ve gotten that gross. I’m not sure why I give this Wendy’s a shot. I’m always disappointed.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with the honey chicken biscuit sandwich on Uber eats and the egg on the croissant was green and my biscuit was hard and tasted stale!!! I called and told them about it and they told me that it might be because the sandwich had sat for a little bit!!! What? When in the world should an egg turn green after sitting for like 5 minutes? I watched my driver pickup the sandwich, and it took less than ten minutes for him to pick it up and bring it to me when I had placed the order only three minutes prior! They told me breakfast was over(it was only like 2 minutes after)!! I was super nice about it and they couldn’t even take responsibility! So disappointing

Beware! Around 8:15 pm on Thursday, May 15th, I went to the drive thru of this Wendy's and ordered a small Brownie Batter Frosty made with chocolate. I thought it was odd when I saw the code for Oreo Brownie Twist Frost Fusion on the drive-thru screen.
I pulled around and was told they were out of the Brownie Batter, but he could offer me the Oreo Brownie Twist. I asked what was in it and was told Oreo, Brownie, and Vanilla Frosty. I declined and asked for a junior chocolate Frosty.
He gave me this vanilla Frosty and insisted that it was chocolate. It most definitely wasn't. It feels like he was deceptive throughout the entire transaction.

Your staff REGULARLY ignores people from the drive thru. We have a couple people who just really love wendys so we keep trying. 60% of the time there is an issue with being ignored after 9pm. Just close earlier if your staff doesn't want to work.
