The wait in the driveway thru was long so I'll assume they were working short ... But that's not even an issue . To the red head girl and nice guy that were working the drive thru on Arlington Road about 1245 on 2/26/25... You guys are AWESOME!! They were both super nice and the food was the freshest hottest fast food I've had in years!!! Keep up the good work

Stopped in to get a meal. Was told by a young lady that a young man would take care of me in a minute. Waited and waited. No on waited on me. I left and the young man was in his car on the phone. Very piss poor service.

It seems my review was removed. The manager cussed me out in front of everyone. This place is disgusting, consistently ranks in the top of Summit County health code violations. Go to any other Wendy’s. How is this place still in business?

Charged me double on one item that I didn't order. Burger way overcooked. I wish they could cook them right like way back when. I have this problem at all the Wendy's I have been to.

Horrible rude employees. I attempted to call ahead inquiring about frosties and chili because every time I've been this week they say they're "out for the day (of chili)" instead of a response I was hung up on. Called back multiple times, no answer. My husband called from his number, they answered, said no to the chili only to hang up on him also. Unprovoked rude, senseless staff
Stay away. The only good Wendy’s left are in Canton! This place is a joke! They said they were only making DoorDash and online orders. Might as well shut this place down because whoever running it has no idea what they are doing.

The food is your basic Wendy's food and is always tasty. The biggest issue with this location is the staff. They seem to want to stand around and talk instead of working, so expect a 15 minute wait at least to get your food as it's rare for it to be much quicker. The staff also isn't very friendly and they tend to forget items in the order too, then act like it's somehow your fault when you point it out to them.

Just tried to go to the drive thru and was told that I had to go inside because their computer was frozen. Went inside, placed and paid for my order and then was told they had no more chilli so I had to cancel my entire order and they had to refund me. Every time, I go to this location, I have an issue. This is the closet one to my house. I never have an issues with other locations. So completely frustrated. I tried to call their 800 customer service number but they were closed for some reason.
