From the time we were cut off multiple times while trying to order we should have left. Unfortunately they were having so much fun they must have forgot to cook the food thoroughly . We both got severe food poisoning from here. We should have read the reviews ahead of time. Seems to be a pattern at this place. I cannot emphasize to the owners that your restaurant is a rat hole. And yes that is the place that did it. Wendy’s restaurants are off our radar now. Read the reviews and eat at your own discretion. Won’t need Ozempic if you eat here fur sure.

Bacon Cheeseburger bun had mold growing on it. The manager did nothing to retify the negligent error. She asked what I wanted her to do. My response: "Quit serving customers food with mold on it."

The workers are rude. Customer service is awful. And my kids food was cold. And the staff attitude is terrible. No smile. No nothing. It's night and day with the nice adult staff there during the week. And these young kids on the weekend. Smh. I won't be back. Ever. Last time you get my money.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. They have their dining room closed 24/7 out of pure laziness. Nobody even tries to act a little professional. Workers are rude and orders are constantly wrong. They will have no one in the parking lot but make you wait at the drive through for 20 minutes. Terrible place and I genuinely do not understand how it is still even open.

Was in the restaurant. Ordered take out. Witnessed a brunette employee walk out of the mens room zipping up her pants followed by a n african American fellow. Not really classy. I left my food and walked out.

Wanted pickles, and they were so small got a chocolate cold brew it was vanilla people that were supposed to be working were sitting, not doing anything .we won't go back got 1 half peice of bacon.

Horrible service, just went through the drive tru made 3 orders $7 ,$5, $5 biggie bags , the fries ? were soggy extremely over salted , the hamburgers were extremely stale the remade my order but the fries were still horrible, big guy in the back with a tattoo on his eyebrow was offended and one of the cashier was giving me dirty looks , never ever going to buy there again ,hopefully I don't get sick , I won't let my hunger dominate me again ?

I rarely get out to get fast food, but occasionally I enjoy a good burger. I ordered the 4 for $5 deal.. burger was dried up small Patty & stale bun, threw half in trash.. fries were like tiny hard sticks.. not edible, threw in trash.. the 4 chicken nuggets were hard & not edible. Awful! All of it. The only thing I consumed was the drink! The 2 workers had music up so loud that she couldn't hear me at the drive thru window! Rotten service & food, and I was only customer in line. Why stay open with this kind of service? The GM should be embarrassed by this awful service. Wendy's used to be decent fast food. This location is unexceptable and sad.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS WENDYS!!!! i went and got a biggy bag and all my food was cold and my burger was dry as can be and tasted like it was sitting for hours…. when i was waiting in the drive thru they left the window open and you could see a lady just standing there vaping and saying really unprofessional things like the N-word…IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE -1 STARS I WOULD!!! NEVER WILL BE BACK

Thank you for the cold food. And the fried filled just enough to hit the opening but don’t fill them up enough to make an actual medium size. Yet alone have them even like warm. Now I know why we haven’t come to this location in a while. We will go back to eating Wendy’s away from where we live whenever we do because of the poor food quality and portions regardless of what you pay for when you order. I haven’t even eaten yet as you can see this portion is very short and I was given a fork and knife to eat my chilli. Of three sandwiches and a kids meal the only thing warm was the chilli. Everything else wasn’t even luke warm.
